*10 years ago**Audrey's POV.  (Point of View)

"GOOD MORNING AUDREY AND CALEB"   I whisper, "Hi", while the other boy, waves his small arms in the air like he's signalling a plane to land, and yells "HELLO!"  The boy was small. He had brown hair, just like mine. Other kids made fun of us, because we had funny accents. They thought we were related, and so he started talking to me. I didn't talk. I just nodded, and once the day went on, we talked a bit more.

We laughed like crazy people, and everyone stared. We didn't mind. And then, he promised me, " IF ANYONE HURTS MY BEST FRIEND, I'LL BEAT THEM UP LIKE SUPERMAN DID." Then, he grabbed my pinky, and wrapped his around it. And I thought to myself, he didn't make any friends today, because all day, he talked to me. Well then. I guess I'm his best friend now! I'm glad he is. Now I can talk to someone.

During lunch, we ate together. We talked even more, and giggled at the sight of the other students. We snorted out our lunches, now and then, but it was funny seeing his nose pour out milk. We asked questions, like the teacher said to do, when you meet someone new. We asked questions like, "If I squeezed your nose, would Milk pour out?" and other silly questions.

The next period, we needed partners, and we chose each other. We still laughed like crazy, and the teacher would get mad at us, but  we laughed anyway. We would make fun of other people's accent, and mock it, and we would play with instruments on the counter, make funny faces, and have a competition and see who could make the other one laugh. Other students stared and hissed, but we  would just laugh at them.

Those moments. They all taunted my memory, and pounded on mind today.
