Archie's POV

A/N This should be fun :)

Umm. Yeah. Okay. Let's not talk about that. I know what you're thinking. No. I'm not gay. I'm bisexual.  But I have a preference of girls. Because bisexuals are allowed to have preferences. I'm actually an admin on an account on Instagram @ bearybisexual A/N Go follow them they are an actual account. The admins are really nice. That is were I feel like I can be myself. I prefer girls, but shit happens sometimes and I find some guy. His name is Bradley. He has dirty blond hair and emerald green eyes. He is knew to our school. Maybe I'll talk to him today.

I see girls all over him. He doesn't look very amused. He looks kind of annoyed. I walk up to him and he smiles. Thank god he smiles back. "Hey what's your name?" I ask even though I already know the answer.

"Bradley. And you?" He asks very sweetly. Jesus I'm already falling for him.

"Archie. Nice to meet you Bradley. Are you new here?"

"Yeah, is it that obvious." He says with a bit of pink coming onto his cheeks.

"Well I mean do you see all the other guys with girls hanging all over them. That only happens to new kids. I still remember what my first day was like." I say remembering back.

"Really? And what was it like?" He asked

"Well because we were so young they weren't interested in anything but my looks. Which I clearly have the best." That got a chuckle out of him, "Girls offered me stuff like their cookies during lunch or to sit at their table. It earned a lot of glares from other guys." We both laughed at that. "But I guess the only people that I actually enjoyed being around are Jughead and Betty."

"Betty? OoOoO Who's Betty? Is she your girlfriend?" He asks with a smirk.

"Ha I wish." I reply. She way too good for me. I don't deserve her at all.

"You should make a move!" He says. I starting to think he is straight. Of course. Not many LGBTQ+ kids are in this school.

"Not really my type. I don't deserve her either."

"Well maybe you could introduce me to her." He responds.

"Okay." I smile but inside I'm a wreck, "I'll be back. I just gotta use the restroom." I walk away but as soon as he is out of sight I start running as fast as I can because as soon as I close the door I hear knocking.

"ARCHIE!" Betty yells. She repeats herself about three more times before she comes in anyways and sees me on the ground crying. "What happened?" she whispered, "Did it have something to do with Bradley?" Betty has never met Bradley, but I'm sure she will love him. It's only a matter of time until he asks her out. He has no interest in me.

"He doesn't like me. He broke my hearttttt" I sob. He didn't really. I am just angry at him and myself. Why am I so sad? Jesus Arch, this is pathetic. With that though Betty gets up and storms off. Probably to go talk to Bradley. Oh no.

Betty's POV

I'm going to kill him. I'm so going to kill him. Dad isn't going to like me getting in trouble. He always tells me to save trouble for the south side where it wouldn't ruin my "good girl" rep. But he hurt Archie. He is gonna pay. I have never seen him but Archie doesn't shut up about him so I have a pretty good guess. I turn to see someone who fits all the description flirting with some girl. I walk up to him. "What the hell did you to my friend?" I scream about to throw a punch. I hear a few gasps.

He catches the punch mid air. Woah. Now this is a guy who knows how fight, but me being a girl he just puts my arm down and says, "Woah, you can punch real good."

"Answer the damn question." I say with a death glare.

"Jesus! I don't know what you mean!" He says. I pull him into a empty classroom so we don't get yelled at by a teacher.

"EXPLAIN WHY ARCHIE ANDREWS IS SOBBING ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR!" I snap. I am super protective of my friends, and even though Archie and I are just recently friends again, that doesn't mean I won't protect him.

He looks astonished. "I don't know!" he yells. Then he realizes he just yelled at a girl. "I'm  sorry,"

"It's fine. Just explain what you and Archie talked about," I say.

"We were just talking and then we talked about girls." he replied.

"That's it." I say. He started talking about girls and now Archie knows he isn't gay. "He liked YOU! So by talking about girls you basically said I'm not interested."

"I'm sorry. I just don't like guys. He seems like he is a nice dude. I do know someone who is gay though. I could introduced him to Archie." He says.

I smile, "That's sweet and I'm sure Archie would appreciate it." Now that we aren't at each others throat I start to notice he is actually very handsome. "So what's your name dude?"

"Dude? I'd prefer Bradley." I laugh. "What's your name blonde?" He smirks.

"Betty not blonde."

"Oh so you are  lucky girl Archie talked about." He smirks. "Nice to meet you,"

"Nice to meet you too." I say. He starts to lean in. I'm shocked because I just met him, but it feels like a magnet is pulling us together. He kisses me until there is a knock on the door. I'm mad. He is actually a good kisser, but the person behind to door make everything worse.

"Am I interrupting something?" Jughead asks. Bradley is looking at Jughead and Jughead is looking at Bradley. Jug looks at me finally. "Betts lets go,"

"I think Betts can talk for herself," Bradley answers for me. In one swift movement Jughead walks around me, put his arm around my shoulder, and brings me out of the classroom.

"What was that for!?" I yelled.

"He doesn't look very trust worthy."

"You are just jealous!"

"Fine!" He yells.
