whimpers and complaints was the things that filled one room that was occupied in the clinic. the wound on the chinese's knees was sprinkled with alcohol making him close his eyes and mumble in cantonese.
"he'll be okay" the nurse said as he dressed the wound with bandage.
sicheng was sitting on the bed and yuta on the other hand was beside his bed, sitting in a chair while his hand is in sicheng's grip.
"are you okay now?" the nurse asked and sicheng nodded.
"it's better if you both stay here, i recommend you to rest, okay? i'll be the one to excuse you both for your subject teachers" the nurse said as she smiled and chuckled, "you both are cute" she mumbled under her breath as she left the room.
"you go lie there, the nurse said you should rest" yuta said as he removed sicheng's hand on his.
he wanted him to feel better so he stood there and smiled at the younger.
"stay" sicheng said as he looked at him with pleading eyes.
"i will" yuta assured him.
sicheng smiled as he extended his arms and held yuta's wrist, pulling him in the bed.
"you might get hurt!" yuta said as he softly landed beside sicheng, making the younger laugh and shook his head.
"lie with me?" sicheng said as hugged yuta looking into his eyes.
the bed was big and break time just ended, the nurse won't check them out anyways and yuta wanted it too.
after yuta's deep analyzation (no, he just wanted to sound logical and have reasons to agree to) he smiled and nodded making sicheng smile.
they lied in the bed, sicheng's head snuggled on yuta's neck while they hug and feel each other's warmth, whenever they are in this situation they both felt safe. as if their amrs was created to ensure each other's safety. it felt strangely nice for them both.
"thank you" yuta mumbled making sicheng look at him.
"also thank you for making me feel emotions" sicheng smiled at him.
yuta tousled sicheng's hair as they continued to lie down.
"i'll tell you something about myself" yuta said and felt vibrations from sicheng's hum.
"i lived in japan since i was born and i transferred here in korea because i don't have much to do at my hometown. taeyong, our adviser and math teacher became my friend at japan for 3 years and he introduced me to korea. my parents was okay with it and i live here happy now, because of you" yuta said that made sicheng smile although he can't see.
"i think it's just fair for me to spill things too. so i also lived in china and studied there and i had no friends but one day there's this guy that became close with me, he was also chinese and we became a bit close. our friendship lasted for years, not until one incident-" he stopped and heaved a deep breath"-he tried to take advantage of me so i transferred here because i was scared, i didn't want to remember him again" sicheng's breathe hitched as he said the last part, yuta was shock and speechless not knowing what to do he just hugged sicheng tightly closer to him.
sicheng felt okay, as if he wasn't scared of showing yuta his scars. he trusted the japanese and the same goes to yuta.
them both was the source of each other's confidence and happiness.
"are you okay on being with me?" sicheng asked as he bit his lower lip.
yuta was playing on sicheng's brown locks stopping as he heard his question.
"why not?" he said as he cupped sicheng's face.
"i could drown on those beautiful eyes, your smile is the nicest thing that exists in the world," he said as he trailed his hands on the younger's face "your voice can't be compared to any beautiful instrument or song, your presence gives me happiness, you are enough and i'm more than okay with it" yuta said as he caressed sicheng's now red face.
the chinese buried his face on yuta's chest, while yuta on the other hand pulled him closer.
the day ended perfectly like that. they were both happy.
to be continued...
