Chapter Thirteen [52]

~ Delialih's Point Of View ~

I got up off tbe couch & followed August into the kitchen. I sat on the island and kicked my shoes off.

AUGUST: " Babey the triplets are coming over they wanna meet you."

A smile formed on my face. Even though today has been crazy, I'm excited to meet them.I got off the island & took out pots and pans.

AUGUST: " I take it your excited to meet them?  "

ME: " Yes! , What should I cook?  "

AUGUST: "Make fried Chicken, Greens, Mac & Cheese and Corn Bread."

ME: " Okay."

I kissed August neck and started taking out the food to cook."

AFTER putting the chicken in the deep frier & putting the corn bread in the over, I turned the greens on low and mixed the mac & cheese. I sat back on the island & checked my twitter. August followers were blowing up my mentions.

After reading the tweets I got off twitter and turned my phone off. I turned the greena off and checked the corn bread & chicken.

Once all the food was done I set the tabel. Once I was finised I made my way up the stairs to our bedroom. I changed my shirt into one August's testimony shirts. I was about to put my hair in a bun till I heard a knock on the front door.

AUGUST: I got it babey!

ME: Okay!

~ August Alsina's Point Of View ~

I opened the frony door. April,Aj and Autumn where standing there. I looked at them for a moment and finally spook.

ME: hey y'all!

APRIL: Hey Dad!

AJ: Wassup Pops!

AUTUMN: Hey!

I sighed Autumn is really making this hard on a nigga. I opened the door more and stepped to the side letting them in. Aj sat on the couch & turned the television on. April was looking at all the pictures on the wall. While Autumn was texting someone.

I shut the door and decided to call Delialih down here.

ME: " Babey come down here ! "

DELIALIH: " Hold on August I'm fixing something."

I pulled my hair into a bun and walked out the room. I slowly made my way down the stairs. I reached the last step and all eyes landed on me.

April: Hey Delialih, right?

Me: Yea & Hey April

???: I'm Aj nice to meet you.

Me: Hi Aj, I'm Delialih

?????:  Wassup' I'M Autumn. She said in a nonechantle tone

I was about to say something till August said something.

August: Autumn Angel Alsina stop acting like that! He yelled in a serious tone

I flinced at August using that tone of voice. I sighed before looking at August than back at Autumn.

Me: August calm down its okay if she doesn't like me.

Autumn: Its not that I don't like you, I just feel like your trying to replace my mother.

Me:  Autumn sweetie I'm not trying to replace Angela.

August: Autumn please give her a chance.

Autumn: Okay dad!

Me: Okay well um Dinner is ready so can everyone go in the kitchen.

Everyone rushed into the kitchen expect August. I looked at him and gave him a weak smile

August: Autumn will warm up to you just give her a while.

Me: okay Aug

He kissed my temple. I walked inside the kitchen. Everyone was sitting at the island. I was about to make everyone a plate when August walked into the kitchen.

August: Babey have a seat I will make everyone a plate

I smiled at him & pecked his pink plumped lips. I sat at the island and relaxed a little.

April: Umm I don't know if daddy told you or not but since him and our mother are getting a divorce we (the triplets) have to pick which parent we wanna live with.

Me: I know he told me but have y'all decided who y'all wanna live with?

April: I have but Aj & Autumn haven't.

Me: Oh

August sat 5 plates on the tabel and sat beside me and said prayer.

After everyone got done eating dinner we all sat in the family room. I sat on the love beside August. While the triplets sat on the couch.

Autumn: so delialih how long have you been a model?

Me: a while now I first started back when I was 15 I'm almost 32.

Autumn: coo' did you know about us?

Me: yea Aug told me about y'all the same day we met that was 16 years ago.

Autumn: you don't look older than 25!

Me: Thanks Autumn

Autumn: No probmem, but daddy I think I know who I wanna stay with.

August: Who?

Autumn: I'm staying with momma but ill always come and visit you.

August: Okag , Aj have you picked yet?

Aj: Umm yes sir I have.

August: who might that be ?

Aj: Dad I wanna stay with momma, but trust me I will always come visit you, Delialih, April, my niece or nephew and your other baby.

I watched as August sighed heavy. I knew it hurr him to know two of his kids would be living in New Orleans and One would be living in California wirh him and myself.  He nodded his head at Aj and autumn an sat back.

I would have posted this earlier but I was catching up on some books!

Sorry y'all I would have posted this yesterday but my wifi was acting stupid is it rained almost all day in Jersey :/
