After seven long months of press touring and filming the new movie I was FINALLY able to go back home and relax for at least two months before having to do any kind of work thank the lord! I was not only physically exhausted but emotionally as well. I missed my birthday, mine and Adin's anniversary, and also the premier for his first movie ever. I was just over filming and touring at this point I just never ever wanna leave Adin ever again.
I was flown back into LAX and a driver was waiting for me to drive me to my complex. It was the longest 30 minutes of my life. I got a text on the way home.

Hi my love, I am currently at Spencer's house so I won't be able to see you until 6PM. I'll see you soon. Love you ❤️ -Adin

Great! I don't even get to see him for another 7 hours. That was so annoying. The driver pulled up to my complex and helped get my suit cause out of the trunk. I grabbed my backpack and tipped the driver 50$ before going into my building. I rode the elevator up and walked down my hallway. The hallway smelt a lot nicer than what I remembered.
I unlocked the door and was greeted with an apartment filled with all kinds of daisies and balloons. I was overwhelmed with so many emotions. I looked at the living room and just saw rows and rows of daisies and the whole top of my ceiling was covered with balloons. I went into my room and put my suitcase on the floor. Literally the love of my life, Adin is the sweetest man in the world and I couldn't be more grateful.
I had about 5 hours until Adin was coming back to the apartment so I decided it was time to shower and unpack. I hung out around the house in a pair of black leggings and a baggy Beach Boys graphic tee while I sorted my clean and dirty clothes. There was a giant pile of dirty clothes so I just tossed it in my hamper and I'll tackle it tomorrow. I ended up ordering groceries because I had absolutely none and I wanted to make Adin dinner because it's been over half a year since I made him a nice dinner at my place.
The grocery guy dropped off my bags of groceries at the door and I unloaded them. I was making surf and turf tonight. Steaks with shrimp scampi, broccoli, dinner rolls, and red wine. I spent almost two hours prepping dinner and cooking dinner. It felt nice to be at home and being able to just do normal things again. I loved filming, but I'm glad it's finally over.
"Hello hello hello," I heard coming from the foyer. I rushed around the corner to find Adin taking his shoes off. I jumped into his arms and wrapped myself around him. He looked the same, just a little bit bigger.
"I missed you so much," I could feel the tears coming.
"I missed you too," Adin hugged my tightly. "You like the flowers and balloons?"
"Yes," I kissed Adin. "They're beautiful. If I could I'd ask you to marry me. You're the best."
Adin laughed and plopped me on the floor.
"I'm glad you like them. You look so pretty today," he smiled at me and examined my face. "Now tell me what you're making because it smells amazing." I walked into the kitchen and pulled plates and glasses out of the cupboard.
"I got steaks and made shrimp scampi with some sides and wine," I began plating the food. I noticed Adin was in the living room moving some things around. "What's going on?"
"I'm setting up the couch for us," Adin said from the other room.
I plated each of us a steak, scoop of shrimp and broccoli and poured us two glasses of wine. Just like old times. I put them on the coffee table and sat down. Adin had the blankets and pillows all set up nicely on the couch for us.
"I really missed you," Adin said as I sat down next to him. He put his arm around me and picked up his wine glass.
"I missed you too, 7 months was a long time," I sighed and began cutting my food. "But! I'm glad we don't have anything to do for the next month or two."
"There's actually another surprise for you next week, but you have to promise me you won't get upset if I wake you up at 2AM," Adin sipped his wine.
I raised an eyebrow at him, "where are we going?"
"Just somewhere nice the two of us. We haven't gone on a vacation just us two yet," he shrugged and began eating.
"Tell me."
"If I tell you then it isn't a surprise!"
I sighed, "You're gonna end up ruining the surprise anyways cause you can't keep them so just tell me."
"Fine! I got us a villa for a week in Greece and we get to go to Mykonos for a weekend out there," he finished his shrimp.
"NO WAY," I shouted with excitement. "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"
"Yes! I already paid for everything too so don't worry about expenses. Just remember who took you to Greece when you get your check from your movie," he winked at me. Are you kidding me Greece?! I have never even been out of the country before and this man is taking me to Greece?! All expenses paid trip?!
"I can't even believe it," I sat there shocked.
"Well believe it, we leave next Monday!"
"You're the most amazing man," I kissed Adin on the cheek.
"Anytime. I'm glad I get to take you," he finished his plate of food and leaned back. We sat and cuddled on the couch all night watching Game of Thrones until we fell asleep. How did I ever get so lucky to get a guy like him?
