CHAPTER FIVE

RUSSIAN ROULETTE & THE SEXIEST ANDROIDS IN TOWN

I had gotten a call from Connor saying that he received a report on another homicide down in a sex club, clearly an Android was involved but wasn't at the scene of the crime.

"Okay, would you like me to come with you? Because technically I can't go if Hank isn't there either so I would have to wait for both of you." I said to Connor whilst driving and don't worry I've connected my phone to the car, we all good in the hood!

"Well if that's the case could you meet me at Lieutenant Anderson's house? He might be more willing with you here to convince him." He said.

"Right I'll meet you there then, bye Connor." I hung up then drove towards Hank's house. Just to clear things up I know where he lives because I had to help Ben take him home once when he was drunk, it was a nightmare trying to get him in his bed and lie him on his side.

I finally made it to the house and I knocked on the door but silence was the response I got. I try again but also ring the bell and put my ear up to the door because I heard movement.

"Hank? Connor? Are you guys there? Hellllooooooo?" Ugghhhhh great...All off a sudden I heard the door click and I was greeted by Connor and our fluffy friend Sumo!

"Hey Connor where's Hank? Oh my god hey Sumo~!" I said turning to the big fur baby that was sat near the TV while talking in a high pitched voice.

"The Lieutenant is currently vomiting in the toilet...I found him passed out on the kitchen floor. I suspect an ethylic coma but he's sobering up now...not to alarm you but it also seems he was playing Russian Roulette, the next shot could've killed him." Connor said, he seemed confused and concerned. My eyes widened at the mention of this and I abruptly stood up straight from petting Sumo.

"What!?" I hissed hoping Hank hadn't heard me.

"Yes I know, did you know the Lieutenant has suicidal tendencies?" He asked. No...well, yes but I wasn't close enough to give him the help I think he needed but now I think I should've butted in a long time ago. God dammit!

"Okay I'm going to talk to him wait here a second." Connor nodded and went down to pet Sumo, cute.

I walk to what appears to be the bathroom and gently knock on the door, when I get no answer I knock harder but still no answer.

"I'm coming in Hank I hope you're decent!" I shouted a little. I walk in to find Hank fully dressed but still on his hands and knees over the toilet bowl. I look around the bathroom and see sticky notes stuck to and around the mirror so I decided to read some of them.
'SHAVING OR NOT?'
'I'm not grumpy I just don't like YOU!' Ha, I remember I said that to Reed once although he thought I was joking.

"You okay? We won't push you to hurry so take your time." I said turning around and he flushed the toilet.

"I'm...comin' don't worry" he sound a little out of breath.

"It's hard not to seeing you like this..." I said crossing my arms across my chest while giving him a stern yet concerned look. He just stared at me a little then stood to sit in the toilet seat, I turn back to the sticky notes and peal one off the wall and wave it around.
