Chapter 15

It's been a week since Jake came to see me. I still haven't talked to Karlye about moving to the UK. I'm afraid she will be upset. What if she gets mad and never talks to me again?

I finally gathered up my confidence and went to Karlye's apartment. When I walked in she was eating dinner.

"Hey Karlye."

"Oh hey! Haven't seen you in forever!" She said scarfing down a slice of pizza.

"I know! I have sooo many things to tell you!"

"Like what?" She asked.

"Well... Jake came all the way from Manchester and surprised me! He sang to me outside my door. Then I kissed him and he said how he will never stop loving me. We are officially back together!"

"WHAT?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SOONER?"

"Sorry! I've been spending this whole week with him! And.. He leaves in about 6 days." I said twiddling my thumbs.

"Aw man, that sucks." Karlye said patting my arm.

"Well...the thing is... I'm... Gonna move to the UK with him... And I was wondering if you wanted to come?"

"Of course I want to come!! What kind of question is that?!" Karlye replied.

"Haha well you and I will leave in about month, you know so we can get packed and stuff. Then we will meet Jake at an airport in Manchester."

"Sounds great!" Karlye said.

I left about an hour later. I wanted to spend as much time as possible with Jake. When I walked in my apartment Jake was playing Just Dance on my wii. I walked behind him and sat down on the couch.

"Nice moves Roche!" I said.

"Why thank you love." He laughed, paused the game and sat down with me.

"So how was your talk with Karlye? Is she gonna move to the UK?" He asked.

"Yep! We will be down there in a month!" I said kissing him.

"That's fantastic! I'm so happy! How about we celebrate?"

"Alright where should we go?"

"Actually I was thinking we could have another one of those movie nights? I just loved the first one we did. Maybe we should even make this a tradition? Have a movie night once a month?" Jake said smiling brightly.

"Sounds like a great tradition!"

"Alright I will go get some movies and you can pop popcorn?"

"Okie dokie!" I kissed him goodbye and he left.

~ Jake's P.O.V ~

"Actually I was thinking we could have another one of those movie nights? I just loved the first one we did. Maybe we should even make this a tradition? have a movie night once a month?" I said full of joy.

"Sounds like a great tradition!"

"Alright I will go get some movies and you can pop popcorn?"

"Okie dokie!" Madi kissed me goodbye and I left.

I called for a Taxi and hopped in. When I got to the video store I bought 5 movies. The 6th Sense, Identity Thief, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Back to the Future, and Meet the Parents. On my way out of the store I stopped and grabbed a bouquet of red and white roses for Madi.

I walked in and saw Madi sitting on the couch with her hair up in a messy bun, sweats on, and one of my sweat shirts on. She looked absolutely beautiful.

"Wow." I said standing in the middle of the living room.

"What?" She laughed.

"You look stunning."

"What? Are you kidding? My make-up is smeared, my hair is a mess, and I'm in sweats!"

"You look beautiful babe. Uh.. Here, I got these for you." I said, handing her the flowers and kissing her.

"Awee you're to sweet thank you! Let me go put these in some water. What movies did you get?" She asked.

"You're welcome. And I got The 6th Sense, Identity Thief, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Back to the Future, and Meet the Parents." I said pulling the movies out of the bag.

"Great put one in!" She said from the kitchen.

We watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off first. I yawned and stretched my arm around Madi.

"That was the lamest move ever!" Madi said pushing me away laughing.

"Oh c'mon! Just trying to get comfortable." I replied smiling. She winked at me then laid her head down on my stomach.

We both fell asleep halfway through Meet the Parents. This night was perfect, I felt closer to her than ever before.
