Chapter 31

~ 2 Weeks later ~
I woke up in Jake's arms. I had my head nuzzled in the crook of his neck. I slowly got up and walked to the kitchen. I immediately started making eggs and bacon, Jake's favorite. I quietly sang 22 by Taylor swift as I made breakfast.
I heard the hard wood floor creak, and I looked up to find jake standing in only pajama bottoms.
"Good morning sleepy head." I said and pecked his lips.
"Hey babe. You makin breakfast?" He asked, running his hand through his messy brown hair.
"I sure am! Here have some." I scooped up some eggs and bacon and handed him a plate. He immediately scarfed them down and asked for more.
"You know what day it is babe?" Jake asked.
"Hmmm... Tuesday?" I replied with sarcasm.
"No."
"Ohh that's right! IT'S OUR WEDDING DAY!" I jumped up and down with excitement.
"Hey, you got it right!" Jake teased.
"I literally cannot wait!" I glanced at the clock and noticed it was already 9:00 AM.
"Oh my gosh we have to get going! I'm gonna go meet the girls at the salon and you need to go pick up your tux and the flowers. Danny and Lewi should already be at the venue setting up right?"
"As far as I know yes."
"Perfect! I will see you in a couple of hours!" I said. I didn't even need to change, I just threw my hair up and walked out the door.
I made it to the salon in minutes. Karlye and Jenny (Danny's girlfriend) were already there.
"Hey ladies!!" I greeted them.
"Hey there's the lucky bride!" Jenny pulled me in for a hug.
"Ah good morning girls!" One of the hairdressers said.
"Good morning!" We replied.
"Alright if I could have the bride come with me and the other two can go with Debbie and Martha." She smiled, and I followed her to the back of the salon.
"So what kind of hair style would you like?" I pulled up the picture of the hair I wanted and showed it to her. She fixed it all up in about an hour and a half.
When I walked towards the front to pay, Karlye and Jenny were sitting and reading some magazines while they waited for me. Their hair was adorable, Karlye's was extremely curly with swirly hair pins in it. Jenny's was up in a neat bun with sparkles scattered through out her hair.
I finished paying and we all hopped in my car.
"Alright! Let's head to the park, there's a place there I reserved for us to put make up on and get dressed."
"Sounds great to me." Jenny said.

We pulled up to the park and it was so beautiful. There was spring green and lavender flowers everywhere! Lewi, Danny, and Charley were in their suits looking all snazzy. I walked to the canopy and started with my makeup.
When I finished I slipped on my dress and that's when I got really nervous.
"I don't about this." I said to Karlye.
"About what?" She asked.
"Marrying Jake."
"You're just nervous! Tonight you and him will go back to your apartment and get all... Saucy." She said while moving we eyebrows up and down.
"Ok ok ok ok.... 5 minutes until I walk down that isle and we say I do."

~ Jake's P.O.V 5 minutes before the wedding ~
I had my hands in my pockets and I was swaying back and forth. I could feel the sweat drip down my forehead.
"Jake, mate, you gotta calm down." Danny said.
"I can't! I'm marrying the most beautiful girl in the world in 5 minutes! I'm nervous as hell."
"Look it's time you walk down the isle and wait for her okay?"
"Alright..."
I walked down the isle and stood there. It felt like I was there for 30 minutes by the time I saw Danny and Jenny walking. Next I saw Karlye and Charley, and lastly I saw Lewi with some girl named Kailey. They had just started dating and they were pretty cute together.
Suddenly everyone stood up and Madi was walking down the isle. I started crying. She walked right up to me and she was tearing up as well. She mouthed "I love you" and I winked at her.
The officiator did the opening and before I knew it, it was time for our vows. I went first.
"Madi... Before I met you my life was incomplete. Then the moment I saw you, I knew you were the one. You're my best friend in the whole world and I won't stop loving you until the day I die. I love the way you scrunch your nose up when you laugh, when you have the urge to throw stuff at me when you're mad, how you have literally forced me to watch every 80's movie ever. I love every single part of you. I love you to the moon and back." I tarted crying again.
"Oh Jake.. How am I suppose to top that?" That made everyone laugh.
"Okay, Jake, when I first met you I immediately had a huge crush on you. I mean how can you not? You're sweet, kind, funny, and hot which is a bonus for me. You're my best friend and I can't wait to spend my life with you. I love you to the moon and back."
"By the power vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may now kiss the bride." The officiator announced.
I leaned in, cupped my hands in her face and kissed her. When we pulled apart everyone was cheering and clapping.
We walked back down the isle hand in hand. I looked into her eyes in aw, I couldn't believe I was finally married to this beautiful woman.
