Five years later

"I'm telling you Carrie. Definitely something supernatural going on in this stupid situation." I groaned as I fixed my armor. The long-haired redhead turned her head around and smiled at me.

"It's not our problem. We have to focus on Moondoor." Carrie slid her sword in her holster, "by the way, It's queen." Carrie flipped her hair around her shoulders and slid on her helmet. I rolled my eyes and followed her out. With my shield in my right hand and my sword in my left. Everyone seemed calm today and was role playing according. I followed Carrie around doing my job. For the fact I wasn't down for this stuff, I worked in the background doing research and keeping the permits updated. Carrie has given me the boring job. I know that wasn't her real name.

I have been trying to get it out of her for three years. It's not quite working though. She told me she worked for Dick Roman, got caught up in that creep shit and I stayed around. I earned my way into her friendship and now I have a place with someone. I haven't hunted since I walked out on Dean and Sam that day. I heard stories circle through the hunter connections but nothing really sounded true.

Like the fact they have ran into the same trickster twice, and lived. My contact cut out a while ago after Dick Roman took over. His name was Bobby Singer. He helped me growing up and didn't know about Dean being my father. Gosh the amount of times he said he was sorry destroyed me.

I watched Charlie get into a sword battle. I sighed walking away to the computer tent. Just checking the tents out and making sure everything worked correctly. On my way out I made note that I needed to get another fan to cool the tent down. It was hot in there as is. I bumped shoulders with someone. His hand reached around to balance me.

"Sorry, excuse me." I muttered pushing past. What a sweat gesture to making sure I didn't fall. I stopped in my tract and turned around and looked. A man sat down in a chair with long hair and a suit. Definitely not Moondoor equipment. I walk towards Carrie's tent and whistled signaling I was coming in. A man stood in the corner pulling on armor.

"We need another fan in the computer tent. It's hot as hell in there. Also we have people walking around without proper equipment on." I hand the check list to Carrie who smiled softly signing off on me running to get a fan with donation money, "are we welcoming a new member?" I muttered softly turning my back to him and staring at Carrie.

"Not quite. He's here on different terms. Supernatural terms." She whispers handing the clipboard back to me. I rolled my eyes at the situation. I've been trying to get Carrie to hunt with me forever and all of a sudden this dude walks in and steals my thunder. I turned around and watched him look in the mirror. My eyes made contact with his face.

I stopped breathing and dropped the clipboard. What do I do? What the fuck do I do? My heart raced as Dean checked himself out in the mirror.

"Do I look like a knight Charlie?" Dean turns around as I turn around facing Carrie. My heart thumped to quick to process. My head was spinning and I couldn't breath. I wasn't ready for this. I could never be ready for this moment.

"Yeah right on Dean. Could I get a moment alone with Makayla?" I know what your thinking. I told her my real name a long time ago but she choses to call me Kayla or Makayla. I've told her to start calling me Kenzie or MK. She doesn't listen very well. I heard the tent flap open and close.

"What wrong?" Carrie mutters holding my shoulders. She was staring into my eyes and smiling.

"I can't be here anymore." I start stripping my armor and Moondoor equipment. I pulled on my old leather jacket and ripped jeans. My leather boots was next. Carrie was talking to me and trying to calm me but I wanted to go. I wanted to leave before Dean or Sam saw me.

"It's Charlie," Carrie mutters softly. I stare at her confused, "My real name that I go by most is Charlie. I left it behind because of Sam and Dean Winchester. I wanted a fresh start but, Kenzie they are here. Something is killing Moondoor residents. We have to stop it. You've hunted your whole life, come help us." My heart hurt when I looked down. I couldn't face Dean or Sam. I wanted to run to them so many times over the years. I've been doing good on my own. Charlie or Carrie made things better but I'm not ready.

"I left my name behind too, Charlie because of Sam and Dean. I didn't want them to find me even if they looked. I just can't face them yet." I stood up and pulled my dark brown hair out of its braid. Covering my face I pulled my sunglasses from under my bed. Sliding them on my face I walk toward the door. Opening it I glanced right at Dean standing there eating some sort of food. My throat swelled at the sight of him and made my stomach flop.

Instead of talking to him I walked away. I walked away again and couldn't face it. My own fathers face wanted to make me puke and not because he was ugly or anything but, because I'm too scared to look him in the eye and ask him to forgive me. I threw my hair over my shoulder and walked right out of Moondoor.
