(Continuation from chapter six into 8.13 / everybody hates hitler)

"Just stay here until we figure out what's going on." Dean pushes his way towards the door. I stared at him in disbelief. We pulled into a hotel and I expected to get showers and meet this guy who would help us but no. He is locking me up here!

"Dean you can't leave me here." I slid on my jacket and walk behind him. Dean grabs my waist and pushed me back until my knees hit the bed. I fall down and I stare at him in disbelief.

"Stay Kenzie. Don't bark at me this time either." Dean held out his finger and I stood up. I was locked in on his face. We stared at each other until Sam walked in.

"Sam tell him to let me come." I mutter pushing past Dean. Sam slides back out the door and walks to Baby. Henry sat in the back and watch us intently. I walked over and slammed the curtains together.

"You can't go and I don't have time to argue about this. I'll be back soon for you. Here's some cash for food. Sit down a relax." Dean ended the conversation when he slammed $40 on the table and walked out. I stared at my gun sitting on the table. I groaned and slammed my fist into the wall. A huge hole was created not from my fist but from weak wood.

I opened a curtain and watch Sam and Dean argue in the front seat. Dean put Baby in drive and pulled out. I pushed the curtain shut again and sat down. The silence in the room took over. I pulled dad- John's journal from my book bag. Henry handed it to me and I forgot to put it back in the trunk. I opened it to my birthday every year and read about the 'hunt' in my hometown. He would talk about this little girl growing up every year he visited.

The last year mom was alive there was a picture taped to the page. I pulled it gently from the page and a small note was scribbled under.

I love you Kenzie.
-John.

I snorted taping the picture back down. Closing the journal I walked to the bathroom. I heard the front door open. I froze completely. Dean is the only one with a key, Kenzie. Stay calm. I turned off the water and grabbed my towel. I wrapped it right around my body and pulled my gun to my hands. I opened the bathroom door and stared right into Sam's eyes.

"Makenzie!" Sam yelled turned around facing the front door. I flicked on the safety and grinned, "Dean would kill me and then you if I saw you naked." Sam shook his arm around his body gesturing me back in the bathroom. I walked in and pulled on my clothes. Walking out Sam hesitates looking at me. The curtain was now open and the sun showing through. Dean was sitting at Baby's wheel staring down.

"Is Dean okay?" I whispered staring through the window. Sam glanced out and back at me. I noticed Henry wasn't in sight, "Where's Henry?" Sam coughed quietly and standing up. He pointed at my book bag and walked out the door. I felt for my gun on my back and grabbed my book bag racing out the door. I slid in the back seat and looked at Dean through the mirror.

"How was your night Makenzie?" Dean whispered turning around. He looked like he had been through hell. I glanced at Sam and then back at Dean. Thoughts raced through my head on what to actually tell Dean.

"I didn't sleep. I was waiting for you guys." My voice was very quiet. Dean sighed turning back around. I could see the two conversing with their eyes, "Did he die slow?" I asked looking down at my hands.

"No." Dean took the need in ended the conversation quickly. I pulled out my small leather journal. Filled with my hectic hunts and my secrets I've learned. Dean turned on his classic rock and I watch towns pass by one by one. I wrote slowly taking my time catching up in it. Five years without a single write. It seems weird for whenever someone will read it. I hope someone will read it. We rolled up to a huge steel of concrete building. Like huge.
