Already time to leave, all packing up was done and now Stanley has brought his mini van for Phil, Jim, Dane and Stephan to arrange the luggage inside while the girls take their seats in front.

Rebecca catches Hailie secretly looking at Dane making use of her switched phone as a mirror.

Rebecca: "Why don't you give him a chance?"
Hails: "Huh?...whut?"
Rebecca: "It can clearly be seen that you love him too, then why not try?"
Hails: "Nah"
Joe: "But why not Hails?"
Hails: "I don't want commitment to anyone"
Joe: "What's so bad in it? You know he'd let you do anything"
Hails: "Alright, get into a relationship, be together for a while, marriage, kids, divorce, and then depression and tension"
Rebecca: "Don't you think you went too far Hails?"
Hails: "That's the point, I go way too far"
Joe: "But what's wrong in it? I mean it's good to think of it all, but you can try at least?"
Hails: "I don't wanna be left broken guys, so let it be"
Rebecca: "As you say, but deep inside you know it too that Dane would never give up on you"

Hailie looks down at her phone and tries to shrug off the matter by escaping the talks, she tucks her hair behind her ear awkwardly as she saw that Dane and the guys were climbing in the van in a hope that they heard nothing.

The girls were seated in front while the boys ruled the back seats. Hailie, Joelyn and Rebecca were gossiping about things and some whispers reached the boys.

Phil: "Guys, I think they're plotting against us"
Jim: "Seriously Phil leave em alone"

"Bruh Phil you needa know they might be talking about how handsome we are to them, ya know, 'girls' usually does this" says Dane raising the collar of his shirt in a way to brag.

Hailie surprisingly hears what Dane says and she turns back to say,

"Handsome? And you?? Girls, listen to this, Dane thinks we were talking about how handsome he looks, can you believe this?" Says Hailie with a slight smirk on her face.

"Dane have you lost it? You seriously think we have time for this?" Says Rebecca on a final note.

Hailie looks back at Dane whose sight was turned towards the outside,

"Sorry" says a low toned Hailie who constantly blinked 5 times in a second looking at Dane.

Dane smiles back and winks at the girl who smiles back and turns in front again.

"I think, this is moving on Dane" says Stephan who pats the back of Dane.

Dane: "I don't know guys, she never gives me the green signal, it's already been 3 years ever since I've been waiting for her to say yes"
Stephan: "Do you love her?
Dane: "Ofc, I do"
Stephan: "How long are you willing to wait for her?
Dane: "Forever"
Stephan: "That's it buddy"
Jim: "But, Stephan, he's right, it's been 3 years and not every guy would've done this for a girl"
Phil: "I wouldn't haha"
Jim: "Well for that to happen you needa get at least a girl behind you Phil"

Phil shuts up as the other 3 laughs out at him, poor guy, still hoping for a girlfriend.

The girls who had heard none of what they said watched them with curiousity,

Joe: "What are you guys laughing at?"
Stanley: "Hey guys, doesn't mean that if I'm driving I wouldn't mind to know the joke"
Phil: "It's nothing at all, these idiots wanna taste my ass that's why they are laughing"
Stanley: "Now I'm definitely sure that you've been roasted, and Im certain that it's about you being single"
Phil: "Whatever"
Rebecca: "Phil, go get a life bitch"
Phil: "Rebecca, at least not you"
Rebecca: "Ahah, of course me"

While others are busy roasting Phil, Stephan leans on the front seat, peeping near Joelyn, he brushes the hair on her face, tucking it behind her ear,

"Hey beautiful" he says gently to her ear and watches as she nears herself to him.

Joe: "Yeah?"
Stephan: "Can I tell you something?"
Joe: "Why not?"
Stephan: "Well you're perfect to me"
Joe: "Was this what you wanted to say?"

Stephan moves forward and kisses her cheek softly,

"No, this was what I actually wanted to do" he says scratching his head in awkwardness as always.

Joelyn sits back straight trying to hide the shyness on her face. Stanley who had seen everything through the rear mirror starts,

"Guys at least romance away from my sight" Stanley says rolling his eyes in annoyance.

Jim: "Romance? Have you gone nuts? Where did we do that, I ain't even close to Becc"
Stanley: "Maybe you didn't realise that there are 2 more love birds present in here"

Everybody's gaze go to Joelyn and Stephan who go silent and stuck how they were right away.

Jim: "I always knew that there was something between em"
Rebecca : "Stop lying hun"
Jim: "Alright, I didn't know it, but ever since I saw them both in the woods, I knew they would make a perfect pair"

*sobs*

Dane: "Wtf Phil!?! Why are you in tears"
Stanley: "Probably because he is the only one in need of a girl but too much of an asshole to have one"
Phil: "Fuck you man, I can't...can't believe how good they look together"
Stephan: "But what's there to cry about Phil, haha don't worry you'll find one soon"
Phil: "Yeah, yeah roast me guys"
Joe: "Duhh guys leave this poor soul alone"
Jim: "Yeah, he won't want to look like a cry baby to the sexy girls on the beach"
Rebecca: "Wtf did you just say!?"
Jim: "I'm praying to jesus, why what happened"
Rebecca: "Jim don't fucking talk to me"
Jim: "Babe, I'm sorry nah"
Rebecca: "Fuck you jim"
Phil: "Calm down Becc, he was joking"

"Baby, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean that, you know you're the sexiest girl for me, I was talking about Phil, come on Becc, please" begs Jim whose face went pale to the reaction of his girlfriend.

Stephan leans foward to ask Joelyn,

"Damn, you're gonna be like this to me too?" He asks with a grin.

"Why not, of course I would?" Joelyn chuckles.

"Please, I'd love it" he says making the girl blush.

The journey goes on and on, still filled with talks and emotions, for once they finally left the witch Shannon behind and the happiness could be felt roaming in the air,

Except for Jim and Rebecca.
