Stanley pulled in the yard of Stephan's apartment and honked thrice to wake the team up,

"Wtf Stan" said an annoyed Rebecca while rubbing her eyes.

"Bro, you didn't wake me up, did you drive the whole night!?"

"Yeah don't worry about me, I stopped by Starbucks to get an espresso during the night, so yeah, but make sure nobody disturbs me when I dose off at yours"

"I would" assured Stephan.

"I'm gon disturb you bitch" said Phil who then kept quiet after the deep glance of hailie hit him. She rolled her eyes and walked away from there after taking the keys from Stephan,

Jim: "What happened to her!?"
Stanley: "Probably missing Dane"
Rebecca: "I think you should take her to meet him"
Stanley: "I proposed it, but she refused"
Rebecca: "whh..wutt, but why would she!?
Jim: "Calm down Becc, let's all rest, we're gonna make things clear when everyone's up"
Joelyn: "Should we unload your things Stephan?"
Stephan: "Later babe"

Hailie opens the door and takes the couch first before anyone else did,

"Hails, you and Becc can take the guestroom" Suggested Stephan in a low tone.

Hails: "I'm good thank you"
Rebecca: "Are you sure?"
Hails: "I really wanna sleep here, so please"
Jim: "Fine, I'll be with Becc"
Stanley: "Phil and I would take out the mattress"
Stephan: "Yeah, you guys can go in the study and lay it there"
Joelyn: "What about me!?"
Stephan: "Next to me? If you're okay with it of course"
Jim: "Ahaam..Ahaamm... Becc, I'm sleepy, can we go to bed now?"
Rebecca: "Yes, please, love is in the air and I hope that Stan didn't hear this hehe"

Stephan pulls Joelyn inside of his bedroom and closes the door behind. He changes his clothing and throws himself on his mattress.

"I need cuddles bae" He said with several blinks.

"Come're then" She said while she laid on the other side of the bed.

He crawled to her and wrapped his arms around her waist, placing his head on her belly,

Stephan: "Babe, I love you"
Joe: "Why do you do?"
Stephan: "I really love you and it's something for which I got no reason for doing it"
Joe: "You don't need any reason to do it I guess"
Stephan: "It's been a while since we been close like this"
Joe: "It's really been a good while"
Stephan: "Babe, Hails and Dane..."
Joe: "Tell me..."
Stephan: "Actually, I'm thinking about the letter that Dane had for Hails"
Joe: "Ever since Hails came back from there, her behaviour changed completely, she was no more crying and trust me, I can feel that she is trying to act tough"
Stephan: "I know right, I wish I could help this girl, I don't have a little sister but for sure I consider her as one, If I knew what had happened earlier, I swear to you babe, I'd have broken the face of Dane."
Joe: "I know it, it's the first time I've seen fury possess you like this"
Stephan: "I don't usually get angry as such, but today, I just couldn't stop myself. I'm having to handle the situations between my best friends and I wouldn't want to lose even one among them all"
Joe: "I understand, I would suggest you to let things cool down, then bring Hailie and Phil together with the team and talk to them about it all because we don't know exactly what happened in details nor have we asked them their version. And most of it all, Stan, Becc and Jim know nothing about it all"
Stephan: "It's such a mess, I swear"
Joe: "I know it is...I know it is"

Joelyn caresses the cheek of Stephan with her thumb and runs her fingers through his hair. He tightens his arms around her and allows her to relax him to sleep.

Everyone's asleep by now, Hailie roams around in the living room. Sleep did not reach her so she opens the back door and takes the stairs of the backyard to reach to the roof,

A cool breeze arise and all the scattered and withered leaves on top are swept away, She sits there in the dim,

Memories struck through her feels as she sat there lost with herself,

First time Dane proposed her on a beach party:

* Dane: Hailie Bruce, I love you, will you be mine?
Hails: "I..dunno handsome, WHY!?"
Dane: "Because no one's ever captured my heart the way you did and indeed you're a gorgeous soul with whom I wanna spend my whole life with"
Hails: "I'll think about it hehe" *

When she once broke her leg:

* "Hails couldn't you be careful!? What was the need to climb that tree" Dane exclaimed with a frown.

Hails: "That was my need, not yours, I wanted to climb, so I did, what's your problem?"
Dane: "You're injured and it's my problem"

"Ouchh" Hailie winced at the tilt Dane gave to her leg.

Dane kissed her knee, "It will be okay fighter" *

When Dane took her out at sunset to spend time together:

* Hails: "I want candyfloss"
Dane: "Fine, I'll get it for you"

*10 minutes later*

Dane: "Here"
Hails: "I don't want it"
Dane: "Wutt!? But you just said..."
Hails: "Forget what i said, right now I want chocolates"
Dane: "FINE"

*5 minutes later*

Dane: "Your chocolates"
Hails: "I'm no more in craves"
Dane: "..."
Hails: "Wutt!?"

"You're on your period right?" He said while smiling to her and she nods.

"You're Impossible. Girl, I love you" He said with a kiss to her cheek.

"Now Imagine when you're gonna be pregnant with our first baby, you're gon get me running here and there like that" he says laughing it out.

Hailie looks at him and blushes while turning her gaze away.

"I'm so thankful you're in my life" he confirmed. *

The first time Hailie slept in Dane's hug on an outing with the team:

* Hails: "Stop moving Dane"
Dane: "I'm trying to"
Hails: "Why try, Just fucking stop moving bitch"
Dane: "Im trying because I don't want to make you uncomfortable, it's the first time someone's sleeping in my hug"
Hails: "You better get used to it"
Dane: "Ahaan"

He kissed her forehead and tucked her hair behind her ears. *

She smiles thinking about it all but her tears flow at the same time,

"It was incredibly beautiful, how could I choose a kiss over my whole beautiful love story? We were both at fault, but at least he never included a third party, I feel like a slut for doing such a thing, I can't even blame Phil for it even though he is the one at fault,

It was wrong, I...I need to talk to Dane, I don't care I'll have to meet him and talk to him, it's a must, nothing can end without talking, tomorrow I'm gonna meet him..."

She lays there looking at the sky and she eventually doses off.
