It was our last day of school and Michelle, Ned, Y/N and I wanted to go out to celebrate making it to junior year so we were going to go to the city tonight and do stuff.
Then tomorrow Mr. Stark wanted to hang out with Y/N and I so the summer was off to a good start but I finally felt like I needed to ask Y/N to be my girlfriend.
She likes me for me, I didn't have to change anything about myself and I'm happy around her. "What's up?" Ned asked as we did our hand shake.

"What you thinking about?" Ned asked drinking a smoothie. "Asking Y/N to be my girlfriend." I said.
"Seriously, dude I thought you already asked her?" Ned asked "I know, I know I just get side tracked that's all" I stated.
"It's okay to admit that you are scared" Ned said as I gave him a look. "I'm not scared I'm just taking my time" I said as Ned gave me a look. "Shut up Ned" I stated as he chuckled.
"I'm just saying if you really wanted her to be your girl she would've already been your girl" Ned said.
"Yeah but what if something happens to me and she never sees me again that's a feeling I don't want her to have" I started off.
"I seen that with my aunt May and I don't want Y/N to be like that if something happens to me" I explained.
"She's willing to take that chance because she likes you peter, just do it don't be weird about it just chill" Ned explained as I nodded.
"She's coming now" I said freaking out some as Ned hit me. "Ou-...Ned what the hell was that for?" I asked
"Calm down and Just go talk to her" Ned stated as I let out a breath walking up to her locker and leaned on the one next to hers with my arms crossed.
She moved her locker door some and looked at me. "Hey peter" she said and started going back to taking her books out.
"What's up babe" I said as she closed her locker. "Are You okay?" She asked "yeah I'm fine but you're even more fine" I said.
What the hell am I doing?!
"What are you doing with your voice?" She asked as I cleared my throat trying to have more bass to my voice. "Nothing" I stated as she nodded slowly.
"Well Michelle's right there so I'm going to go get some breakfast I'll see you in class" she explained walking off.
"Hey Ned" I over heard her say before going with Michelle. "That was terrible as hell" Ned said laughing. "I don't know what happened" I stated "those pick up lines were cringy you could've did better" Ned said.
"Dude, why didn't you stop it?" I asked "I just wanted to see how far you got" Ned said before laughing. "Yeah Ha Ha Let's get to class" I said sarcastically as we started walking to class.
