I was walking in the hallway to class as Liz stopped me. "Hi peter" she said smiling as I took my head phones out my ear and looked around confused.

"Hi?" I stated "you seriously aren't abled to go out with me this weekend?" She asked. "I don't even know who you are" I stated. "That's why we can go out this weekend for lunch or something" she stated.

"Please?" She asked as I just gave in , lunch wouldn't be bad and I had to meet up with Y/N at 7. "Yeah where do you want to have lunch at?" I asked as she smiled.

"It doesn't matter it can be McDonald's for all I care" she said as I smiled "meet you at the McDonald's at 4 tomorrow" I said as she smiled and nodded.

I turned to walk to my locker and seen
Y/N then I heard Liz call my name. "Peter" she said as I turned around and she kissed my lips.

"Parker with the new girl!" Someone cheered as I pulled away from her kiss and turned not seeing Y/N anywhere in sight.

"Peter What did you just do?" Ned asked "Liz kissed me I didn't kiss her first,where's Y/N?" I asked looking around for her.

"I think you should leave Y/N alone for right now give her some space because she might end up hurting you" Ned admitted.

"I understand but we're not even together she can't get completely upset." I said as Ned nodded. "Yes but think about if Justin kissed her and she said the same thing." Ned brought up.

Ned and I walked to class as Everyone clapped when we stepped into the room. "Parker and Liz!" Someone shouted as everyone clapped. Liz just smiled at me as I walked to my seat. Y/N was no where in sight and we were assigned to sit next to each other.

Liz moves into Y/N's seat as I looked at her "what are you doing?" I asked. "Liz you're in the wrong seat" the teacher said as Liz smiled.

"I know I can't see the board" Liz said as the teacher nodded "since you can't see the board you and Mr.Parker can be partners now." The teacher said as I looked at Liz.

I walked to the bathroom pissed. Then I broke down. The bell rung signaling everyone that class has started. I was thinking about just cutting this period.

I heard someone walk into the bathroom as I turned and seen Olivia "I don't want to here it" I stated as she came up to me and rubbed my back.

"I was going to ask were you okay" she said as I shook my head "you knew that she was going to do that why are you asking me if I'm okay?!" I asked as she shook her head.

"No I didn't think she was going to kiss peter, she said she just wanted to go out with him this weekend. "Tell her she can have him the whole weekend" I said getting my things off the sink and wiping my eyes.

"Well Justin is waiting outside the bathroom and wants to speak to you" Olivia said as I shook my head "great" I sarcastically said.

I walked out the bathroom and looked straight at Justin. He looked at me "Are you okay?" He asked softly as I wanted to go home and be in my bed.

"Yeah I'm fine" I said "I know your birthday was on Monday but I wanted to give you this before we went on winter break" he said handing me a small box wrapped in wrapping paper.

"I know I could be a big ass jerk how I approach you and I'm sorry for that, but if you'll let me I would like to take you out for real" he said as I looked at him.

I then opened the box and seen a charm bracelet with my name on it and different charms.

"Thanks But I cant take this" I said "why?" He asked "Because I told you I wanted nothing to do with you and you got a gift for me, take it back" I stated

"No here" he stated placing the bracelet on my wrist. "Justin what else do you want besides me because we already been down this road you just want to hit" I explained.

"I don't want that now I just want to know are you okay and can we be cool." He said as I faintly smiled. "Now can I get a hug?" He asked as i gave him a side hug.

"Let's go to class before the teacher gives us detention" Justin stated as I followed behind him to our class. I knocked on the door as the teacher opened it.

Justin held the door open for me as I walked in about to go to my seat but Liz was already sitting there and talking to peter.

"You're in my seat" I said to Liz "Mrs. Brown said that me and peter are new partners" she said placing her hand on his.

"Is there a problem Ms.Y/L/N?" The teacher asked, "it's fine you can sit with me" Justin said as I shook my head. "There's no problem" I said as peter said my name but I ignored him going to sit with Justin.

"You want me to talk to him? because you know I can" Justin said eyeing peter as I shook my head. "No I can't get mad because we were never actually together" I said as he looked at me.

"You two were never together?" He asked as I shook my head "nope so I can't be mad at him" I simply said laying my head on the desk as I felt Justin rub my back.

"No tears left to cry" was on repeat as I was cleaning my room and doing homework the more and more I kept listening to it the more and more I knew that I couldn't be upset and I wasn't upset anymore.

It was 5:30 and my parents were getting off at 7 and still had to get through Manhattan traffic so I guess it was a pizza night.

I ordered some pizza then went back upstairs seeing peter sitting on my bed. He took off his mask as I paused the music coming from the TV.

"Y/N she kissed me, I pushed her off I would never hurt you intentionally knowing how you feel-" he started off as I cut him off.

"I'm not upset with you or about it I forgive you because we were not together and still not together so how Can I be mad? but I do want you to leave me alone because obviously your girl or whoever she is to you doesn't want me in the picture and I'm perfectly fine with that" I explained.

"Y/N" he said as I shook my head "you can have this back too" I said handing him the bag of bath and body works and the necklace he gave me.

"And although you placed that little front like you couldn't go out with Liz on Saturday because of our plans, you still planned on going somewhere with her and I don't want that feeling of what I had when we were supposed to go to the beach so don't worry about coming with us tomorrow" I said as peter got up and grabbed my hand.

"Y/N I'm sorry" he apologized "you didn't do anything wrong peter I'm just leaving this alone we can try and go back to how it used to be" I stated.

"Is it because Justin's back in the picture?" He asked as I looked taken back some. "Excuse me?" I asked "he walked you to class all day, took up for you in class today and now he's your partner for the rest of the year it's because Justin is back and relevant in your life why you're saying what you're saying" he said as I looked at him.

"Peter I think you should go" I said "I'm going to go but you're going to keep everything I got you" he sat leaving the things he got for me on the bed.

"See you tomorrow too" he said before placing on his mask and leaving out my window. "I'm going to start locking my window" I said as he swung onto the tree.

"It's not going to stop me" he said as I closed my window...
