Jacks POV
"I have no idea." I said while driving around. "She was gone so quick."

"I know I haven't seen her since the beginning of the school year." Kaileigh said. "Maybe that's what went wrong, maybe she thought I forgot about her. Oh my gosh what if that's why. I'm the reason aren't I!" Kai said panicking. "That's why she killed herself." She cried.

"Kai your not the reason I promise." I told the crying girl next to me. "It's my fault I haven't seen her in a month. I was to busy with hockey and school. I was putting other things before her and I shouldn't have. I love, loved, her so much and I can't believe I would have ever done that." I said to her my voice low.

It was quiet for a few minutes while the radio played in the background.

"I loved her, ya know?" Kai asked.

"She was my best friend. I miss her. It feels like I can't reach out to her. Like she's gone." Tati cried into my arms.

"Tati she's not gone forever. I'm sure she feels the same way." I tried to soothe her.

"It's just nothing will be the same. And look at me I'm here hanging out with you. That's why she hates me because I hang out with you too much." Tatum said with a hint of anger in her voice.

"Tatum I don't know what happened but don't drag me into this." I said in the same tone.

"No she was on the phone asking me if I wanted to go to the movies and I said I was going to your house. She said I never hangout with her anymore and all I do is go hangout with you and your friends. That's why she hates me. She hates me because of you!" Tatum yelled. "I should go." She said quietly walking out of my house.

I sat and thought for a while. Was our relationship really getting in the way of things? Was I really the reason for Tati and Kai's friendship falling apart. No I couldn't put that on myself. It wasn't my fault. She was just being over dramatic.

I scowled at the memory.

I guess Kai saw "Did she get mad at you that night to?" She asked.

"Yeah." I replied. "She was so upset."

"It's all my fault. You guys had a good relationship and it's my fault it started to fall apart." Kai said. "I shouldn't have gotten in the way or gotten mad. She offered many times for me to come hangout with you guys and your friends."

"Then why didn't you?" I asked.

"I didn't want to see Cole." She laughed hiding her face.

"Oh I see." I laughed making fun of her. "I see how it is."

"How is it?" She asked.

"You like Cole!" I replied excitedly.

"Is it that obvious!" She said covering her face with her hands.

I smiled at her "Yeah."
