I know the song has spanish subtitles, but it's sung in english...it was the only one that I could get to work XD
So this is a little different, there isn't any shipping involved, but I liked how it turned out :) Hope you enjoy itREQUEST BY : TiffanyXcheese
I grinned as I polished my gun and looked around at the view around me.
The sun was setting as I sat on the top of my car on the top of Mount Chiliad. Today had been a pretty busy day for me, you know. With stuff.
I broke into the military base, stole a jet, crashed the jet in a matter of minutes, killed people, attempted to drive, killed more people etc. Also I managed to escape a five-star wanted level.
A breeze blew across the point of the mountain, sending a chill down my spine. I adjusted my suit jacket to block the cool night air. This was how I liked to live. Alone with my thoughts and my gun. I looked back down at it with a small smile. This gun and I have been through a lot together, you know, killing cops and people and such. Also commandeering drugs and becoming a hit-man. Which explains why I'm in a suit. Well, not really. I'm just stylish like that.
The sun sank beyond the horizon, which made me smile again, except this time a little more sadly. If everyone else were here there would be fireworks lighting up the sky and laughing at stupid jokes as we watched them. I could just picture it.
Vanoss would be running around throwing C4 on everyone's vehicles as Delirious chases him around threatening him with a rocket launcher. Wildcat would be attempting some stupid stunt, which would mean that I would have to rescue him, while the others would laugh. Basically and Terrorizer would probably be placing bets on who's fireworks show would be the best and then battle it out, fireworks style. They'd say again that the fireworks represented us and our motives: Burn out. Live life with as much color and brightness as possible, then when you're gone the shape is still embedded in the minds of others. They said that every time they set them off. It would just be a normal night, like any other. I would kill for just one more of those.
The night breeze picked up again, chilling me more, but I didn't want to enter my car. I wanted to just think. Once again I looked at the gun in my lap.
When I first joined the group, I was gifted this gun, an SMG. I treasured it then, because it basically showed that I was part of the 'gang'. What was my initiation? I had to land a tank on the hook of a cargo-bob from the top of the tallest building on my first try. Well, technically you only get one try. And, well, I did it. Obviously.
We were just doing the stupid stuff that we usually do on that day, the day that fate decided to take a shit on the script of my life.
Vanoss and Delirious were trying to get two cars on top of each other and then drive with them like that, however they didn't notice the gang attack. None of us did either. Until he heard the shots and the screams.
It was chaos.
The gang had already shot and killed Delirious and Vanoss was injured, but he still managed to shoot down three of the opposing side before getting a bullet to the head. That was the trigger for the rest of us, and we ran in there, guns blazing. We were hopelessly outnumbered, and yet we still ran in there.
Terrorizer was the first to die from the rest of us. He was blown up by a grenade that was timed to perfection, so that he couldn't get away in time. I still remember the feeling of his blood against my skin as his limbs were harshly exploded. Only Vanoss, Delirious, Basically, Terrorizer, Wildcat and I went on this little mission thing of ours while the others went on a drug raid. I didn't know until later that they were massacred as well.
There were only three of us left, and nearly twenty of the other gang, who were relentless. Wildcat looked over at Basically. I knew what they were going to do. Wildcat nodded at him before turning to me. Bullets pounded against our cover, an old car. We were trapped.
"Mini, Basically and I are going to serve as a distraction. You need to get out of here and find the others and live, okay?" I nodded a little. I didn't want to survive without my crew though. However Wildcat and Basically were already in the battlefield, shooting down the gang. I ran. I heard Basically's scream as a grenade claimed his life and Wildcat's grunt as he was shot in the heart, instantly killing him. I ran. I made it back to the crew's base with only a few injuries. However, it was completely empty. No one was in here. No one other than me would ever be in there again.
But I still waited. I waited for three days before I realized that nobody was coming. That was the worst realization of my life.
The next few days I suffered from severe depression. The next week I coped with being alone. The next month I got angry. The next year I just accepted it, but I still missed them. Their stupidity, their stupid jokes, their stupid clothes. Just....them.
I loosened my tie and looked up at the empty sky. Completely empty except for the stars and the moon that took the liberty to fill the blackness with a little bit of light. With a sigh I closed my eyes and pulled the trigger.
I heard a firework shoot into the sky and opened my eyes just in time to see it explode into a bright, colorful explosion. I quickly closed my eyes again and saw the outline of the firework. I smiled. Our life is a firework.
So this happened. Sorry.
