SORRY FOR THE WAIT GUYS! I made you this especially long one shot as an apology :)

WORD COUNT: 4,305

I had my head down and was rushing to my class, hoping to make it before the bell.

Let me just say this: today sucks.

I got stuck in traffic on my way over here, forgot my homework that I ACTUALLY DID at home, tripped and fell in a puddle-

I slammed into somebody and stumbled into the lockers on my right, wincing as a lock hit made contact with my arm. I bounced off the locker and landed on the floor. I shot a glare at the person who ran into me, but then froze. It was him. Add that to the list of crap things that have happened this morning.

He was apologizing and trying to help me up from my spot on the ground, but I quickly brushed him off and got up myself before rushing to my class...and made it after the bell. Son of a bitch.

~~~~Time Skip~~~~
A Block is finally over, thank goodness. 70 minutes of torturous Chemistry that have scarred my life...okay so maybe it wasn't that dramatic, but it was horrible...mostly because HE is in that class. He was pretty much staring at me the entire time, I could feel it. But whenever I looked up to look at him, he would always have his head snap down to attempt to focus on the chemical mixture. Let's just say that distractions are bad in chemistry...like explosion bad. He's in the nurse at the moment.
I sighed and shrugged my backpack onto my other shoulder. I just got another book from the library and that seemingly little book is a hellish pile of heavy paper, not very good for wearing your bag over one shoulder. I winced as a jolt of pain went through my back, making me stumble a little. As I was regaining my balance though, a pair of hands helped me stabilize myself. I flinched away from them and spun around to meet him, who was literally only a foot away from me.
"Oh...hey Dlive." I squeaked, attempting to back away from him. He smiled a little, that million dollar charm that could buy him all the ladies' hearts, except he never wanted them; which I found a little bit strange.
"Hey Ohm. Are you okay?" He asked cheerfully, not seeming to care that I was slowly slinking away from him. I didn't want him to find out, he would hate me. Hell, he would never want to see me again. I nervously chuckled.
"Yeah...I'm fine. C'ya!" I quickly freed myself from his presence and attempted to rush down the hallway. Dlive quickly grabbed onto my arm before I had a chance to though.
"Yeah, sure. Seriously dude, why is it that all you do is run away from me? Is it really that intimidating that I'm on the football team?" I winced, which caused him to let go of me. No Dlive, it wasn't that. To be honest, that's one of the reasons that I'm so interested in you..I totally don't watch you change in the locker rooms every now and then-I mean whaaaat? Psh. Naaah. I shook my head, trying to get my weird thoughts out of the way so that I could think. Shiiirtlessss. Really mind? Really. Two arms placed themselves on either side of my head. "Ohm? Why are you spacing out on me?" Right. Shirtless Dlive get out of my head. But-shut up mind.
"Sorry. Haven't gotten much sleep lately." That wasn't a full out lie, I was having trouble sleeping. Dlive wasn't biting the bone(r) though.
"Riiight. Okay. So I was wondering why you've been trying to avoid me lately. It's not like you to just block me out, so why?" It was much more a statement than a question, he expected an answer. One that I couldn't give.
"Look, I'm going to be late for my-"
"Hey Dlive! Why are you talking to the queer?" One of the other guys on the football team asked as he pushed through the crowds of people in the hallway to get to us. I winced a little at the term but still managed to flip the guy off.
