Chapter 15

I looked outside the window as I open the curtains. The clouds are dark and the trees and its leaves are dancing with the wind. It looks like it's gonna be rainy today. I go to the drawer where I put my gadget stuff and get the charger of my phone. As I plug the charger someone knocks.

"Steph, nag-aabang yung kaibigan mo daw sa baba."

A Friend? I don't remember inviting anyone at this early. I quickly open the door and I saw Ate Gina. I didn't bother to ask who is it I run down and surprised it is Matthew. He is sitting on the couch of our sala watching television already wearing his uniform and freshly as ever. When I call him he turn his gaze to me.

"Matthew why are you here?" Then he just stares at me. My eyebrows furrow when he didn't answer. When he stare longer to me I look to my clothes.

"Oh sh*t!" I said outloud. Then he laugh. I cover my mouth. I justrealize that I'm still wearing my pajamas and loosed sando which reveals my undercloth. I glare at him for laughing but with embarassment.

"Sorry, sorry can't help it." then he bit his lower lip trying to suppress his laughter.

"Geez, just wait here." I said walking to stairs.

"Are you not going to serve me a juice?" he asked. I look back to him. I raise my one eyebrow, "And why?" he said, "Cause that's what you normally you do when you have guest right?"

"No, your an univited guest. No servings, no free drinks," I said.

"Guest is Guest." he protested. I cross my arms. Oh yeah I forgot, he is the top of our class. He will find a reason to have his way. I sigh.

"Do as you like. Just wait and I kill you," when I enter my room I quickly took a shower and wear my uniform. I went to check my phone and it's nearly 80 percent so I unplug it and put in my bag.

"Thank you for the food, and your accomodation." he said. Matthew is sitting like a king with glass of juice on his hand. I rolled my eyes.

"And? Why are you here?" I asked as I sit on the couch across him. "There's gonna be a surprise long test today in Mathematics." he answered taking a sip from his drink.

Me:"I see so you visit me here just to tell me that info?" 

Matthew:"Yes, I already message you but you seemed didn't read it and that mens you didn't review right? I knew you would fail if you don't review so let's review together."

Me: "Tsk. You really know how to pissed me off. But thank you.

Matthew: " You're not gonna ask me where I get that information.

Me: " No thanks. I don't want to stick my nose to trouble.

Matthew: "Hey, hey If you get into trouble you will point me.

Me: "Of course your my tutor. You should blame yourself for being the top in our class. "

Matthew: "Sorry for being born genius and handsome.

Me: "What? Did I hear something?"

Matthew: "Genius! Handsome!"

He shouted those words.

Me: " Whatever. It will not help me to answer the mathematical questions."

Matthew: " Okay, do you remember our last lesson?"

Then we began discussing the math thing. When we finished, though somethings I really don't understand, he said to come with him to school with his family car since there is a thunderstorm, their driver, sir Nestor will drive us to school.
