Y/N's pov

I wish I didn't agree to his deal. After being 'friends' with him for so long I developed feelings for him and it sucks. He makes me talk to him, I'm scared to talk to people so I pretend to be a mute. He found out. I'm surprised he didn't find out I fancy him, he finds out everything.

"He's scary." A baby snake said as it stopped in front of me. I looked to my right at Tom who was doing something stupid like always.

"I know." The baby snake slithered onto me and laid on me. I glanced back over at Tom to see him looking at me. He heard the baby snake and I talk considering we both speak parseltongue. We figured that out when we were outside and saw a snake, we both started talking to it. We swore to never tell anyone, it's our secret.

Tom came over and sat beside of me leaving whatever he was doing with the little kids.

"You think I'm scary?" He asked causing me to look at him.

"Sometimes." He slightly smiled and looked at me. God he's so pretty.

"I'll never hurt you, Y/N." He assured.

I nodded and looked back down at the baby snake. I hope he's right.
