"Olive!" I heard my sister call from downstairs.
"I'm in my room!" I yelled back to her as I dug into my pancakes.
A few moments later, she came into my room with a bunch of bags in her hands.
"You went shopping?" I asked her, stuffing my face.
"Yeah, Gio and I needed to get some more stuff for the place." She explained, dropping them all onto the floor.
"We're officially leaving next week."
"Can I come?" I pouted and she smiled.
"You could, we have the space.." She trailed off.
"But you can't leave Sage here alone."
Smiling to myself, I nodded while my mind drifted off to Sage and everything that was going on with me right now.
"What's wrong, Olive?" She asked me, looking at me skeptically.
"Olive." She called again once I didn't answer.
I watched as she took a seat at the foot of my bed, waiting for me to speak.
"If I tell you, can you please promise not to tell mom?" I begged as tears welded up in my eyelids.
"Baby sister, tell me what's wrong right now." She went on, dismissing everything else.
"Is this about Sage's mother?"
"Baby, come on. It's time for us to g-"
"Gio, give us a second." She spoke up as Giovanni came into view, standing in my doorway.
"You alright, Olive?" He asked me and I nodded.
"She's fine, Gio. Just let us talk really quick." She told him and he nodded, walking away and closing the door behind him.
"Talk to me, baby sister."
"What's wrong?" She went on.
"Lee, I think I'm pregnant." I blurted out and she sighed, closing her eyes.
"I knew you were about to say that, Olive." She spoke, standing to her feet.
"We just had this talk."
"I know, Lee."
"So you and Sage are having sex?" She asked and I shook my head.
"We aren't-"
"Well we weren't but we decided to recently, only a couple times but now I missed my period." I spoke, wiping my face from the fresh tears that fell from my eyes.
