Nicole's POV
It was my last day of school.
I had to look precisely well, so I put on my dress from Brandy Melville and I had my Urban Outfitters flats. I was pretty unique with my clothes today. Then I curled my long blonde hair (it took forever), placed some make-up on my face, ate breakfast, and brushed my teeth.
I hopped in my car and drove in the schools parking lot with my black charger. I waked out and spotted everyone starting at me.
Everyone ran up to me. For a second I felt like I was Lana Del Rey on the red carpet. I had pictures with everyone and a bunch of boys telling me they're going to miss me and they wish they got to hangout with me more. Everyone was crying and I got a couple gifts. I walked in through the large high school doors and I saw everyone running up to me except one kid. He was faced the total opposite way and he was shuffling through his locker. I walked by with everyone else and saw that it was Tanner.
I didn't say anything. Usually girls don't say anything first, so I waited till he would say something. He glanced at me and my good friend Isaac yelled out, "Wow what a jerk. He won't even say anything."
My friend Jennie yelled out, "At Least tell her something! She's moving to Australia and she probably won't come back here until she's 21."
Tanner replied, "I've had enough of you guys! To be honest? I only liked Nicole because she was popular and I wanted to be popular also."
Everyone gasped and Tanner ran away.
"Oh well, I won't see him anymore." I said.

I walked in my chemistry class and the teacher was going down the list doing roll-call. She called everyone and everyone responded except Tanner. "That's weird," Mrs. Smith questioned, "Tanner is never absent or late for my class."
Jennie yelled, "He was here earlier."
We didn't really have classes because people were just all over me.
I came back home and my mom yelled out, "Did you make Tanner kill himself?"
I cried, "What? No he told me he only dated me because I was popular, and he just got mad at everyone and ran away."
"Well now everyone's going to look at you in a bad way Nicole."
"No they aren't and anyways we are moving."
