It was just for one night. "Just one night." That's what Nell told me when she wanted to go to a bar for her 21st birthday. Those were some of the last words she told me before she was gone. No one knows what had happened to her that night. One minute she was right beside me. Then the next she had vanished. Then they died
It has been 4 years since she disappeared. It also has been 4 years since I've been to Phil's bar. Walking in I got smacked in the face with the familiar smell of whiskey and misery. Both things I have grown to know quite well. Walking toward the bar I noticed someone oddly familiar sitting across from me. It couldn't be her; she has been gone for so long. As I got closer to the mystery person, the long luscious brown hair and deep hazel eyes couldn't be mistaken. Somehow Nell had made it home.
