The next morning before the sun had risen, Kristen was putting up a good fight to come with SkySapphire on the journey but SkySapphire had said no so Kristen gave up. When SkySapphire had locked up every door in the house and left it was sun rise. SkySapphire had decided to walk to the front gates. Knowing that if she decided to teleport, she would be waiting for the others for hours.
Unlike before SkySapphire was paying attention to her surroundings she was walking on a concrete footpath, lushes green grass growing on both sides. A few rose patches grew every now and then. When she looked up, she saw the that the sun was still rising, she did note too herself that it was still early. The buildings around her were quartz and looked a lot like her house but without the waterfall and were only one story. Then she passed SkyRedstone's house, it was a single-story house a small garden. It had tomatoes, spinach, apples, bananas, grapes and corn all growing. There was a fence around the garden that was quartz coloured SkySapphire didn't know what the actual fence was made out of. There was a small path leading to the front door which was made out of oak. Next to the door was two windows on both sides. It looked as if no one has left the house.
She rolled her eyes. As she walked up the path to the front door, SkySapphire knocked. She got a reply from inside "coming!" which was defiantly SkyRedstone's voice. She smiled knowing he was up and hopeful ready to go now. She heard his footsteps. The door opened SkyRedstone was standing at the door smiling at her. Today he was wearing a sky-blue shirt, he was wearing a carrot orange jumper. He had scarlet pants. "hi! You ready to go?" SkySapphire asked smiling, SkyRedstone smiled at her. He nodded. She smiled at him. As he locked the doors and walked out of his house with SkySapphire.
They walked to the front gates. They reached the gates. The last time SkySapphire was at the front gates she was so focused on TeamEarth that she didn't notice what the front gate looked like. There were two huge birch doors that went perfectly with the pure white quartz walls. In the morning light it slightly reflected the pink glow the sky had that morning, unknowingly SkySapphire's jaw slightly opened.
SkyRedstone noticed "so you like how the front gates when it's morning, SkySapphire?" SkySapphire nodded violently he smiled "it's the second coolest thing I ever seen!" SkyRedstone commented "really?!?" SkySapphire asked disbelievingly turning to look at him. He laughed then said "yes, the coolest things I have ever seen is the gemma lumina" he said clearly and contently.
They had eye contact adding seriousness of SkyRedstone, SkyRedstone added "but I prefer it when its dusk" he smiled SkySapphire nodded then said "I love how the Zillamon looks during the gemma lumina... even on a normal day it's one of the coolest things I have ever seen!" SkySapphire joyfully she smiled at him. "wait... you've seen the Zillamon!?!" SkyRedstone said disbelievingly. SkySapphire nodded "of course! All royals have seen it. I saw it on my 10th birthday I saw it before SkyDiamonds!" SkySapphire smiled "the Zillamon has all the gem colours... on a normal... during the gemma lumina it glows with every colour!" SkySapphire added dreamily SkyRedstone looked at her and grinned. She grinned back.
"you know there's a-" SkyRedstone was interrupted by SkyDiamonds "hi guys! When are we leaving?" SkyRedstone groaned softly no one heard it though SkySapphire smiled "we're leaving when SkyRubys gets here!" SkySapphire chanted with a smile.
A few moments later, "SkySapphire, SkyRedstone, SkyDiamonds! I'm here!" panted SkyRubys. They smiled at her then SkySapphire announced "time to go!" SkyRubys was still panting.
"um... where are we going?" SkyDiamonds awkwardly asked. SkySapphire rolled her eyes, SkyRedstone said "I think we should go to the forest of fear and before we get there stop" he said "then we cross the bridge of wonder" SkyRubys added SkyDiamonds had an idea where to go after that "maybe we should go to the mountains of hope then-" SkyDiamonds was interrupted by SkySapphire "we first go straight through forest of fear then to the bridge of wonder-" she sighed then continued "- the bridge of hunter is the quickset way but that depends where the abyss of doom is" she was staring at the floor as if remembering something. Everyone was looking at her shocked. Until SkyRubys asked "okay? How do you know?" SkySapphire's stiffened up, her heart sank. She pushed the truth aside. "I-I....... was looking at the map to... plan our rout to TeamEarth" lied SkySapphire. Everyone but SkyRubys believed SkySapphire. They all agreed with SkySapphire.
