Then they heard footsteps. They stopped laughing. Looked at each other the same thought in their head 'who's coming to the dungeons at this time?' the footsteps came closer and closer to them. Then the footsteps stopped. "SkyDiamonds? SkyRubys? SkyRedstone? Where are you?" SkyRubys bolted out of her wooden prison bed to the iron bars. Then she said "SkySapphire! Over here" the footsteps started again. SkyDiamonds could hear keys hitting each other. Then the iron door unlocks. SkyRubys flung the door open and hugged the figure that SkyDiamonds could barely make out. The muffled voice of SkySapphire beckoning SkyRubys to let her go. SkyRubys laughed letting her go.

SkySapphire had walked into the room. Tapping SkyRedstone on the shoulder then SkyDiamonds. Then they all walked out of the dungeons quickly. SkySapphire may have lived here for a few weeks but didn't know all of the castle off by heart. She hoped this wouldn't matter. The Sky people were close behind SkySapphire. SkyDiamonds at the back. SkyRubys next to SkySapphire. Then SkyRedstone in the middle.

EarthRubes was walking around with EarthDiamonds. She was grining at him. He was grinning back. They were discussing what to do with the Sky people. "well we could hold them hostage until-" EarthRubes was interrupted by a mystical voice "EarthRubes... its been a long time... hasn't it?" she looked at EarthDiamonds who was looking at her with a worried expression. She looked at him "you heard that, right?" she asked bluntly. He stared at her weirdly "no... what did you hear?" he asked. This caused her alarm "n-nothing just... imaging things" she lied. Then grinned. "ignoring me... wouldn't make me... go away!" the voice said. EarthRubes shivered.

"guys come on!" SkySapphire usually hered them. The others were where she was. SkySapphire shivered. She heard the same voice that her mother did. But SkySapphire didn't know that her mother had heard it. It said "what along time... EarthSapphire!" the voice examined. SkySapphire knew who the voice belonged too. She thought 'Glitch... you're not real you died!' the voice replied as if she said these words allowed "I may have... died... but I am still supposed-" SkySapphire had a sudden burst of anger. As if a dragon had just roared. "just... go!" SkySapphire firmly said. The others stared at her shocked. Then a bit hurt. Then turned around. She looked at them guiltily then added "n-not you! I-I..." she couldn't finish then SkyDiamonds came up to her. Then put a hand on her shoulder "what happened? What did you hear?" she looked at him surprised he smiled. She grinned back then whispered so only he could hear "Glitch." He nodded. Whispered something in the others ears. Then they turned around to look at her too. Smiling.

EarthRubys and EarthDiamonds had gotten to where they wanted to go. The front lobby. Still talking "EarthDiamonds hows EarthSpinel?" EarthDiamonds smiled then said "wonderful! Mr. Crystal said shes top of her year at defence!" He proudly said "good!" EarthRubys nodded. Then smiled. "You've been smiling more often" EarthDiamonds commented EarthRubys stared at him for a few moments. "Well I fell like I have... control over what I do!" She jokingly said. They both laughed.

"EarthSapphire... I'm always here!" The voice of Glitch muttered. SkySapphire rolled her eyes. They turned down a empty corridor. SkyDiamonds whispered "where are the guards?" SkyRubys then replied "do you want be caught?" SkySapphire and SkyRedstone laughed "no, no I'm just wondering! It's not like EarthRubys to have so few guards out" SkySapphire nodded "EarthRubys does guards... but..." they looked at her as if trying to say what did you do. SkySapphire rolled her eyes. "Do you really think EarthRubys would allow me to wonder around the castle with you guys captured?" She sarcastically asked raising a eyebrow "alright I get it!" SkyDiamonds replied laughing.

They turned another down another corridor. "SkySapphire?" SkyRedstone started "how does it feel to be the daughter of your enemy?" SkyRedstone asked. "Well it feels weird... everytime there mentioned you feel guilty. Because you ran away when you were little" she looked at the floor. They stared at her. She looked at them and shrugged. Smiled awkwardly. "Yeah..." SkySapphire mumbled.
