Chapter sixteen - the trap

EarthRubys and EarthDiamonds were sitting in a decent sized room. They sat at a round dinner sized table. Flowers painted the rim of the table. The flowers were lilys. That had ruby red walls. With realistic painted Lily's, Daisy's, a few peach trees, golden rayed lilys and freesia. There were a few huge windows. There was a coffee table under the windows. Outside it was pitch blach. A few stars visible shining in the sky. The full moon shining the brightest in the sky. EarthRubys smiled. Then started thinking. Unknowingly ignoring EarthDiamonds. "EarthRubys... EarthRubys? Hello? Are you in there?" Snapping EarthRubys out of her thinking state. She smiled at him then said "EarthDiamonds? EarthDiamonds? Hello! I am in here!" They both started laughing.

Meanwhile, the Sky people were sneaking around the castle. Still having not found any guards. Then SkySapphire heard the voice of Glitch again. "Sneaking? I see..." SkySapphire tried to ignore him. But to no use. "Why are you ignoring me? Come on! I'm your-" SkySapphire suddenly thought in reply 'your not my... guardian!' Glitch obviously took offence to this then stopped.

They turned down another hallway. SkySapphire breathed a sigh of relief. They had made it to the front of the castle. Or better known as the front lobby. She slowly walked up to the door. Signaling the others to stay where they were. Slowly turning the door knob.

EarthRubys heard the door knob slowly being opened. She got up walked over to the door and opened it. Her daughter stood there a blank expression. SkySapphire grinned at her mother. Then EarthRubys nodded and ushered her inside. To the astonishment of SkySapphire. The door closed behind SkySapphire. She walked back to the dinner table to sit next to EarthDiamonds.

When SkySapphire was ushered inside, SkyRedstones heart sank. He looked at the others. There faces were just as confused as his. Then the door to the front lobby closed. SkyRubys face became shallow. Then started walking over to it. SkyDiamonds caught her arm. Turned her around. Then brought her back to where the others were. SkyRedstone and SkyDiamonds started making a plan "okay, so we need to get inside of-" he gestured to the front lobby door "- there... without EarthRubys and maybe EarthDiamonds seeing us..." SkyRubys continued "get SkySapphire to come with us... then we never speak of this again!" SkyDiamonds wanted to face palm at the last bit. But he resisted the urge to. But he did smirk.

Unknowingly playing a huge roll in Glitch's plan. By breaking in starting his master plan to take over all of the teams. Destroy all of the power gems. Then in slave everyone in the Sky, Ozone, Space and Earth. Then honour anyone who fought with him in the war.

Meanwhile, "SkySapphire why are you here?" EarthRubys questioned her daughter. SkySapphire had smile awkwardly "um... I wanted to ask what we are going to do with the Sky people?" EarthRubys rolled her eyes then said "you have always been horrible at lying. SkySapphire laughed nervously. Then silently agreed. She grinned. EarthRubys shook her head. Then laughed.
