Chapter twelve - lies

"We need to get you guys out of here! If EarthRubys finds you..." SkySapphire trailed off. SkyRubys nodded. Indicating that she understood. SkySapphire had planned to get them to her room then in the middle of the night she would sneak them out. She would go with them.

SkySapphire explained the plan to them they agreed. So SkySapphire had peaked her head out side the door. She saw no one there. She sighed of relief. Then she walked out of the kitchen. This hallway was painted a pure white colour. Roses painted at the bottom. Then she gestured for the others to come as well. They followed soon after. Most of the halls were the same as the one near the kitchen.

SkySapphire had turned a corridor. She saw EarthDiamonds standing there. Back turned. She could feel her heart sink. He was going to find them. SkySapphire hopes that he would not turn around. SkySapphire could see someone walking up to EarthDiamonds. She only got a brief glimpse of the person.

It was a girl. She had shoulder length dark brown hair. Emerald green eyes. The last thing SkySapphire saw on the girl. That was at the end of her hair was lighter.

The girl and EarthDiamonds walked down the hallway away from them. SkySapphire was thankful for this. EarthDiamonds and the girl had closed the corridor door. When they closed the door the Sky people made there way down the hall way.

They made it down to of the corridor then they turned left. SkySapphire breathed a sigh of relief as she saw the stairs. Now all they had too climb up the stairs to her room. She smiled.

They were on floor eight when SkySapphire saw EarthRubys. SkySapphire froze on the spot. She singled the others to continue going up the stairs. They knew they should wait for her one floor up.

"SkySapphire! What are you doing? Have you found who hasn't broken into the castle?" Asked EarthRubys kindly. SkySapphire grinned at EarthRubys. Having shown a little bit of love in the grin. Then she said "no... EarthRubys ! I'm trying to find them now" then EarthRubys nodded. Then walked away. SkySapphire then walked up the stairs.

SkyRubys was obviously worried for her. SkySapphire noticed then she smiled at her. SkyRubys face eased but she was still she was worried. Because she had figured out SkySapphire's secret, that EarthRubys might relieve hee secret to the others. Or SkyDiamonds.

They got to SkySapphire's room. Rather uneventful after that. SkySapphire opened the door up to her room. When they stepped through the door way. There mouths flew open. They had never seen something so beautiful. Not even in the Sky castle.

"How..." SkyDiamonds trailed off in amazement. SkySapphire grinned at them. Then started to explained "I don't know... I guess I won EarthRubys trust somehow" she awkwardly smiled. They didn't know if this was true but they dropped it. For SkySapphire.
