Chapter twentytwo - Home

SkySapphire, SkyDiamonds, SkyRubes and SkyRedstone finally made it back to the SkyWorld. But when they got up SkySapphire asked everyone to keep what happened at the Umbra Rengo a secret until she was ready to tell everyone that she's a team mix. When they got back to the kingdom. They all agreed.

SkyEmerald was waiting for her children to return. SkyDiamonds had sent a letter to SkyEmerald before hand so she would know they were coming home. SkySapphire and SkyDiamonds didn't know that she would wait for them.

SkySapphire, SkyDiamonds, SkyRubes and SkyRedstone all agreed that they would all stay at the castle for a few nights. For two reasons. One they needed to discuss what to do next. Two SkyEmerald needed to know what happened that SkySapphire shouldn't have to do it all alone.

A few days later, SkySapphire had told SkyEmerald about her heritage and what happened at the Umbra Rengo. SkyDiamonds and SkySapphire had decided to hangout. Mainly because SkyRedstone who worked as a engineer. SkyRubys worked as a Jewelist. They both had t0 go back to work. SkyDiamonds had no job because he's the prince. SkySapphire asked SkyEmerald if she could have the day off. SkyEmerald allowed it.

SkyDiamonds and SkySapphire make there way to the small forest outside of the castle. It's surrounded by a birch wood fence. There was two types of trees English walnut and American scycamore.

SkySapphire smiled at the trees. "Remember the first time we came here?" SkySapphire asked as they opened the birch wood gate. "Yes! We raced all day!... then we camped out with mum and dad" SkyDiamonds chanted. "This was one of your favourite places wasn't it?" SkyDiamonds asked. SkySapphire nodded "it _was_ my favourite place... why do you think we always came here when I got to choose where we went for the day?" SkySapphire laughed. SkyDiamonds smiled at her. "Before you ran away from your home... was there a forest there?" SkySapphire looked at the ground. "Yes... I guess the reason why I liked it so much was because it reminded me of my old home..." SkySapphire trailed off. She looked back up at SkyDiamonds then smiled. "Wanna race?" SkySapphire asked a grin appeared on her face. "Of course! But your not going to win!" SkyDiamonds challenged. He grinned at her too. "Game on" SkySapphire didn't wait for a reply. She just bolted into the trees. Then jumped into them. SkyDiamonds started bolting after her.

A few days later, SkySapphire was getting into her iron armour. She smiled at the thought that she hadn't worn this for about a month. SkySapphire had hid her sapphire necklace under her amour. She was still staying at the castle. So when she came out in her armour. SkyDiamonds didn't believe that she was going to work so soon. But SkySapphire insteaded that she went to work. SkyEmerald understood and said to SkyDiamonds "SkySapphire is a adult she can choose what when she goes to work" SkySapphire laughed a little at SkyDiamonds face. He rolled his eyes.

SkyDiamonds decided that he would walk SkySapphire to her post. "SkyDiamonds?" SkySapphire asked. He looked at her. She smiled at him. "Yes?" SkyDiamonds asked in reply "we're gonna have to fight a war aren't we?" SkySapphire asked nervously. SkyDiamonds panted her back and smiled "well we are going to have to fight Glitch eventually but at the moment... we are planning our next move. They got to SkySapphire's post in silence after that. Not knowing how to make another conversation after that one.

SkyRubys was at the castle for her job. Because SkyEmerald ordered a pair of amethyst earrings (with no power). SkyRubys was delivering them. SkyRubys had only just got there when SkyDiamonds came through the door. He watched what the girls were doing in the background. He was smiling at something as they finished. SkyRubys smiled at him as she left. Back to Caelum Aurum.

The rest of the week was peaceful. No arguments, no attacks. SkySapphire had one thought on her mind 'it's peaceful now! But we still have a war left to fight... and we will hopefully win!' She smiled at the last bit.
