Briar Pov

I start to flicker my eyes, l look around and see a unfamiliar place. I see my hands chained up to the brick wall, and my legs chained to the concrete floor. I see a bloody knife next to me. The room had no windows, all it had was a small light bulb that doesn't quite work. I remember where I am, I was kidnapped by Devon, I wonder how long I have been here for, I see a shadow approaching.

"Well well, who do we have here?" Devon said

"Arrgh get me out of here, I scream!"

"No amount of screaming will be heard by anyone dear, so don't even try. "He said creepily.

" I DON'T CARE, just get me out of here!."

"You really think someone will get you out of here, you have been here for over 2 months honey, I'm pretty sure no one cares."

"WELL THAT'S PROBABLY CAUSE YOU ARE A BIG HEADED LUNATIC!!"

"You should be a bit nicer, otherwise you will be getting the maximum punishment. Oh wait, you don't have another chance so, let's get started then. GUYS COME IN!"

I see about 6 guys come in, wait, is one of them Myles, he mouthed

"Don't you worry, these are police officers"

OMG, he came to save me, well I'm glad.

Then Devon said, "Ok, guys use your whip and practice on h-."

He gets cut off.

"HANDS UP IN THE AIR DEVON YOU ARE UNDER ARREST" As the police officer held a gun to his head.

"I SAID HANDS UP OR I WILL SHOUT, SO I SUGGEST PUTTING YOUR HANDS UP"

Devon smirks and puts his hands up.

He says, "This isn't over Nolet."

He then walks out with the police officers.

"OMG Briar your ok!" Myles comes to hug me.

"I'm sorry for getting you into this mess." I say

"No its ok cause I'm glad that you are ok now."

"Thanks" I say shyly.

I may have feelings for him, but I never had a boyfriend before....

The police officer comes to me and says I have to go for a mandatory check up. I follow him and say goodbye to Myles. I think to myself, DANG IT I was so close! If I just hanged on a little, I thought I would get the information I needed! Stupid Stupid STUPID! But I must admit he did save my life after all. I guess I will have to find another way of doing this. Then again I'm so frustrated with myself, I shouldn't been that one, the one to do it! This moment haunts me from the day I turned 10, and now I'm 20! What progress have I made? What have I been doing the past 10 years? WHAT HAVE I DONE!

I get in to the ambulance, to make sure I was alright, they took my blood pressure, took my blood, and did some general check ups. Within 20min I was out and ready to go home. On may way home I received I text message:

Hi I hope you are ok, so I will see you on Tuesday for our dance practice? Also do you want to meet up for lunch sometime? Have a good weekend! Love, Myles.

I read the text and start to tear up, this is the guy I want to be with, but he won't want to be with me, if he knows what I've done. I may be falling in love all over again...
