Alfred Pennyworth, Jim Gordon, and Harvey Bullock burst through the doors of the GCPD. Alfred was bickering with Jim while Harvey dealt with the others that had came back with them.

"So you're saying Bruce was there?"

"Yes, unless you know someone that looks exactly like him. Otherwise it was definitely him."

Alfred took a moment to think, could it be Bruce's clone? No, he would want nothing to do with Gordon or anyone really.

"Well we need to find him and bring him back."

"No, we need to find groups of citizens and protect them. There's also the matter of finding Valeska."

"Believe me, i'm concerned about the protection of the people but finding Bruce would give us a  huge advantage."

"What kind of an advantage? He was unstable, so if it's his money and supplies he can get for us then forget it."

"You know your going to run out of supplies eventually, it's only a matter of time until none of us here have any food! And I can assure you that Bruce has not been broken down and manipulated in just two weeks. I raised him better than that."

By this time most of the people in the large room had noticed the two arguing. One by one people began listening to the argument. Gordon quickly realized this and decided that it was time for the argue to end.

"Look, this is at least the tenth time we've argued over whether we should look for Bruce or not. Plus you can't be so sure of that, a lot of things can happen in just two weeks of no order or law. I won't put everyone here at risk because of just one person. Even if it is Bruce. If you want to find Bruce yourself so be it but don't expect any help from us."

Alfred, seeing that this conversation was over, looked at Jim for a moment. He hadn't expected such a cold shoulder from Jim but here it was. He nodded, turned around, and walked out of the building.

He had been walking for some time, careful to stay in the green zone, wondering what kind of lead he had on finding Bruce, if he had one at all. The last time he saw Bruce was right after the bridges blew, he didn't have any lead on where he might be, and he didn't know anyone that might know about his whereabouts. He stopped, someone may know where Bruce was. Selina. Alfred quickly turned around, hoping that Selina was nearby the place he had last seen her.

After who knows how long of walking, Alfred finally arrived to his destination. A small house just outside of the green zone. He walked up the stairs and slowly opened the door, seeing no point in knocking. Alfred was met with a rather odd sight. There in the living room, Selina was on top of someone which trapped them to the floor. She had a firm grip on the man's arm, symbolizing the fact that she could break it at any moment.

"I'll ask this one. More. time. Where is Bruce Wayne?"

The man grunted and took a shallow breath in.

"I told you, I don't know anything!"

She tightened her grip on his arm, gesturing to the fact that she was about to break it. The man only pleaded to be let go, and eventually Selina sighed and slowly let go of his arm. She didn't give him much time to do anything else, she grabbed his other arm and dragged him up off the floor. The two walked towards the door, Alfred's eyes met Selina's for a split second before she nearly threw the man out of the house. Alfred looked back towards him, just to barely see him scramble away from the house.

"Hey."

Selina said, which pulled Alfred away from the door and back towards the living room. He spotted Selina holding a bottle of something. She was casually drinking it as she comfortably sat on the sofa with her feet propped up on the coffee table that had been placed in front of the couch. As Alfred began to walk towards her she continued to talk.

"Oh ya, never got a chance to thanks you for...un-paralyzing me I guess."

"Your rather welcome, although you should thank Bruce for that instead."

"Pf, ya sure."

She mumbled as she took another gulp from the bottle. An odd silence slithered through the room so Alfred got to the point of why he was here in the first place.

"I was wondering if you knew where Bruce is? Any little tidbit of information would help."

"What do you think i've been doing all week? If I had just a clue to where he was I wouldn't be here doing nothing."

Alfred nodded his head.

"Fair enough."

"But, if you were wondering who he might be with I have a few guesses."

With that, Selina put her drink down and hopping off the sofa. She walked to a room towards the back of the house and Alfred followed. The room she led him to was covered in paper from top to bottom. In the middle of the room was a table that hosted a map of Gotham on the top of it. Selina went to the table and focused on it, looking for certain points on it.

"I've managed to find a few places where he's been spotted. Y'know that guy from before? Ya, he was supposed to know something about Bruce at the least but I got nothing out of him."

Alfred remained silent, letting Selina explain everything to him. She raised a finger and pointed to one point on the map.

"So, that's where he was when he was spotted by Gordon. Apparently he was at the docks just a few hours before. But, what I wanna know more about is where he went after he attacked Gordon. Some guy said he saw him over here."

She slid her finger to another point.

"With some woman with tied up blonde hair, black and red clothes, really quiet. Remind you of anyone?"

Alfred thought for a moment, a woman with blonde hair seemed to ring a bell even if he knew multiple people with blonde hair. He remember Bruce telling him about someone with blonde hair, he couldn't put a finger on her name though. The more he thought about it the more he could remember.

"Ecco."

"Ecco? Who's that?"

"Jeremiah's assistant, you think that could be her?"

"It's gotta be if she fits the description, only makes more sense if she's Jeremiah's assistant. Bruce could would be with Jeremiah, right? I considered it but I just don't have any real proof of it."

"But why would Bruce be with Jeremiah?"

Selina looked up from the map and towards Alfred, offering him a shrug.

"I dunno."

He let out a sigh, seeing as he would have to do some investigating.

"Well then, we should probably do more investigating. How about I let you know if I find out anything or not."

"Sure, better than nothing I guess."

With that Alfred said goodbye and left the house. Right when he got to the bottom of the house's stairs he heard footsteps directly behind him. He turned around but before he could he was hit in the back of the head and knocked to the ground, ultimately left unconscious.
