Chapter 27 Memories

Ty POV

So Vikk turned out too be a really awesome guy. He had a slight accent too and he told good jokes. Apparently he had been the pastor at Lachlan and Woofless wedding. Which i thought was absolutly amazing. It was around 9:30pm now and we were all sprawled out in the livingroom. Vikk had made himself comfortable in the other recliner after eating his fair share of soup.

"So Ikki Vikki. Find any more information on Terminus?" Woofless asked leaning against the back of the couch. Lachlan was sprawled out on the rest of the couch on his back, his head resting in Woofless lap.

At the mention of Terminus i shivered and shifted around in my seat. The recliner was soft and leathery but i couldn't seem to get comfortable. The situation around me just wouldn't allow it. I just kept worrying about Adam and wherever he was.

"Indeed i did. Two new lads from MMI were transferred in." He reached over to a messanger bag sitting on the floor and produced two files from it. He opened one and pulled out to photoes placing them down on the coffee table. "These them?" Reaching forward i grasped the pictures.

The first photo was Tyler, MunchingBrotato of course. It was from about two months before i left. They did photoes and sent them back to parents if they wanted them. Tyler's hair was curly but attemptedly out from in front of his glass. Which were uneven from being broken so many times.

The other was of course Adam. He had his goofy grin covering most of his face, as i remember Jerome was making faces at him from behind the camera person. The way he looked at the camera made it seem like he was looking out of the photo at me.

"T-This is them" I whispered looking up a bit. Vikk slowly nodded his head and held out a hand for the photoes. I looked down at them then back at Vikk, "Could...Could i keep them?"

"Sure. No Problem. I know you miss them" I leaned back futher in the recliner keeping my eyes on Adam's photo. I swear i could almost hear him talking to me like he did on day one.

Flashback

"Hey! My names Adam!" Ty raised his eyebrows when he entered the room. There his new roommate Adam sat on one of the beds. Ty shrugged his shoulders and walked over to the open bunk sitting down throwing his bag to the floor.

"Mines Ty." He whispered keeping his head down. Adam got up from his bed and strolled closer forcablly pulling down Ty's hood.

"Don't be so sad! MMI is a really fun place. You'll like i there trust me." Ty glanced up at him a small smile placing on his lips.

"Really?"

"Yeah i promise!"

"And this asshole is Tyler!" Ty smiled slightly as Adam introduced him to this boy with glasses. Tyler grinned widely.

"How dare you have the same name as me! We must fight to see who is the alpha Tyler!" Adam laughed and Ty winced. "Just kidding man. Nice ta meet cha!"

"You too Tyler."

The three of them became an inseperable trio from that point on.

Ty closed his eyes holding the photo close to his chest. His two best friends were being sentenced to death. He'd do anything to see them both one more time. Even just for the shortest time.

Jerome POV

"You are such a jag!" Nooch screeched tackling Noah onto his back. Noah howled with laughter and i couldn't help the grin that covered my face. It was lunch time and we were all eating outside today. Nooch, Noah and Preston had been engrossed in some card game they'd made up and obviously Noah was winning.

Quentin and I sat against the trees in the shade watching the match. Ian, Seto and Jason were sprawled out on a blanket from Ian and Seto's dorm. Seto was asleep against's Ian's shoulder and Jason was pulling up grass and making a pile.

"Come on Nooch dont be a sore loser" Preston snickered pulling Nooch back by his hood and thus off Noah. Noah sat up still laughing.\

"You're both Jags" i called getting up from my seat stretching, "Especially you Mr.Jag Master Admiral" Nooch saluted me, "I'm gonna get going before class."

"Are you going to check on Mitch?" Nooch asked getting up, "I'm gonna go too." I nodded my head. "See you in fourth hour" He leaned down and pressed a kiss to Preston's forehead and glared at Noah who smirked before we headed inside.

"I hope he started feeling better soon." I exclaimed shoving my hands on my pockets as we walked. Nooch nodded his head pulling off his gold 'crown' rubbing off some grass stains.

"Same here. It's weird not having him around. It's weird not having most of the group around." He sighed putting the crown back on his head.

"Maybe some day we'll all be on the outside like Ty and Kermit." I sighed and opened the door walking into the infirmary room Mitch was in and sat down on his left side while Nooch sat next to me, "Aye Benja. "

"Hey Mitch. How ya feelin?" Nooch asked looking over my shoulder. Of course Mitch didn't respond. He never did.
We sat in silence for the longest time just watching the heart monitor beep along and Mitch's chest rising and falling with each breathe.
The bell rang signaling Lunch was over and it was time for class.

"Hey Jerome?" I turned my head as I made my way to the door. Nooch was shifting in his spot as he spoke.

"Yeah?"

"I well Um. I never apologized for making Preston burn you."
He stuttered out, "on your first day. I was just being a douche. I thought the whole Bacca thing was a joke." I felt a small grin appear on my face.

"Apology accepted Matt." He grinned and hit me on the shoulder.

"Thanks. Let's head to class." I looked back one more time at my Mitch before we left for class. The halls were quiet. Too quiet.
