Chapter 13 Merome!

Mitch POV

Later that night I was resting on my bed. After the parent meeting and everything with Nooch(who Ant is guarding now) I was exhausted. But I didn't want to sleep I wanted to talk to Jerome.

We had been mindlessly flirting back and forth for two or three months now and I wanted him to know that I liked him. A lot. But he's in the shower doing whatever a Bacca does.

I sighed and rolled over looking at the wall then closing my eyes. How could a human and a Bacca have a relationship anyways? I wonder if he does like me though. Probably not.

"Mitch? Aw my biggums are you asleep?" A small smile played on my lips.

"Not yet Jerome but I almost was " I said rolling over. He was on my knees next to my bed. His arms folded his head resting on them. His face was barely half a foot away.

"My bad G didn't mean to wake you. Just wanted to see if you were alright." I frowned "about your parents and all that then Nooch. Ya know Preston doesn't seem that bad. Group worthy maybe"

"Thanks dood, and yeah I'm alright I'm use to there bullshit. I'm just the screwed up child in the family"

"Now don't you talk like that Mitch" I sat up and he moved next to me hugging me around the waist tightly "your not screwed up, your perfect just the way you are." A small smile formed then grew. I rested against him as he kept his arms around me and threw my arms around his neck burying my face in his chest.

"Jerome?" I asked after a moment of silence.

"Yeah Mitch?" I shifted and looked up at him keeping my arms around him.

"I know this is going to sound weird. But I think I might Like you." I bit my lip and held eye contact.

Jerome seemed to pause and try to place his words.

"Mitch...I thought...you were going straight?" He exclaimed shock and relief crossing his face.

"I tried Jerome but I can't. I've fallen for you." I moved away a bit "I get it if you don't like me back Jerome but my feelings stand where they are." His grip on me tightened.

"I like you too Mitch. I was afraid to tell you and ruin your chance of getting out of here." He pulled me against him into a tight hug and I buried my face into his neck.

"Does this mean we're..?" I started slowly.

"Merome? Hell yeah Biggums" I giggled as he used our couple name Adam came up with like a month ago. I really liked Jerome and was glad we were together but I needed to tell him something.

"Jerome there is one thing..." I exclaimed pulling away and out of his arms. He raised and eyebrow. "We have to take things ya know slow. I'm not the best at relationships."

"I understand Biggums I'm here for us even if it takes some time" he hugged me once more before going to his bed lying down facing me.

"Thanks Jerome. Night." He smiled.

"Night Mitch" I closed my eyes and drifted off Into one of the most peaceful sleep ever.

Hey guys sorry for such a short chapter! But I wanted to get out an update with some Merome! ;) woohoo! Now I didn't want to be like every story where Merome jumps into a relationship like they've been dating for years so. Meh! Deal with it!

Well guys 725 reads HOLY CRAP! Were almost two 1000 and were not even at chapter 20! And 21 comments? I love all the support guys! So much!
