Chapter 31

Jungkook's point of view

After I left Tae's apartment I went straight to the office. I pulled up at the parking lot when Jin called me, probably to see when I'll come.

"Hello Jin."

"Jungkook, when will you be here? They are really angry, I tried everything to keep them happy but they keep screaming at me and causing a commotion." Jin said from the other end of the phone.

"I'm in the parking lot right now, tell them I'm almost there."

"I will, see you soon Jungkook." Jin said and hung up the phone. I sighed and walked to the elevator scanning my badge and pushing the button for the door to open. Me and my crew have a special elevator, a different one from the 'normal' employees.

The door opened and I pushed the button for the top floor where my office is. I checked my phone for any missed calls or text messages from Tae or Namjoon, but I have none.

I reached the top floor in no time and the doors opened, as I step out of the elevator I heard people screaming at each other.

"Sir please calm down! Mr Jeon will be here soon." I hear Jin say as I walk my towards the commotion.

"You said that 20 minutes ago!! How long do you expect me to wait for him!?! Call him again!" The man I'm meeting shouted grabbing Jin's arm hard.

I saw Jin's expression turn in one of pain and I had enough. I sigh and step forward, grabbing the mans forearm, making him release the hold on Jin's arm. "You okay?" I asked Jin before I focus my attention on the man.

"I'm fine, thank you mr jeon." Jin answerd, he bowed and walked away. I turned around glaring at the man who hurt Jin. Jin can take care of himself but as his friend and boss I have to take care of him too.

"Ah m-mr Jeon! It's good to finally meet you again after such a long time. Could you please let go of my arm now?" He asked, tone completely different from before because he was now facing me and didn't dare to be rude in my face.

"Let me make one thing clear." I said pulling him closer to me by his arm. He visibly gulps before I continued what I was saying.

"Don't disrespect my employees, they are important to me. If you disrespect them, you disrespect me as well. If I even see or hear that you layed a finger on one of them again, there will be consequences." I said, voice lower than before to make my message clear.

"O-of course mr Jeon, I will never do that again. I promise." He said.

I chuckled and let his arm go. "Shall we begin the meeting now? Follow me Mr. Choi." I said walking into my office, Choi Minho following me.

Choi Minho is the CEO from Choi corporations, he is about the same age as me. He also is the leader of a mafia group, Jackson, Minho and I grew up together. But I never liked him, he was always a spoiled brat. He got everything he asked for, but when his dad died he had to take care of everything himself.

He asked me for help many times, and of course I helped him out. But he still should respect me and my business. The fame and money he got from the company is all thanks to me.

"What did you want to discuss? And why are you here 2 hour early for the meeting, and you dare to command me to come earlier?"
