"what?"
the question bursts from my lips before i could even contemplate the question. georges face falls, his curly hair seems to droop ever so slightly as he looks at he knees. "nono, george i didn't mean to say that" i say placing a hand on his thigh. he looks up at me, i smile and move my hand to his cheek, i look into his eyes and say "yes george, i would love to."
he smiles at me sweetly, i brush my lips against his with my hand still on his cheek. we broke apart.
he puts a warm arm round me and i snuggle into his side, we continue to sip out drink in silence , not an awkward science just peaceful.

i had phoned josh earlier and told him that george had asked me to move in with him, josh said he was absolutely fine with it, he seemed out of breath on the phone, god knows what i had unintentionally interrupted.
i told josh i would be over at 2 to start packing things. it's now half one and me and george all hyped up and super excited.
george has already talked to alex about it, so alex knew he was asking me to move in and he was fine with it.

2pm rolls around eventually and george and i call a uber to take us to joshes apartment.
we jump out the uber and pay the driver 12£. i open the double doors at the entrance to the apartment complex. we run up to the lift door and take the lift up to my floor.
i knock three times on the door. josh opens it. as soon as i realise what i'm seeing i shut my eyes and shout "JOSH!"
