She sat in Jim Montgomery's office. He's going to grab more papers to sign. Yay! He came back with the papers. Her fingers were starting to cramp up from signing so many papers. Coach Montgomery finally said that she was done with the papers. You let her down through the Maze of tunnels, to the huge Dallas locker room.

"Get ready. The rest of the team will be here in a little bit. I'll be out on the ice. So just come out when you are ready."

"Okay coach." She answered.

She set up and it open stall where her goalie bag was. She changed into a goalie gear and tried to find where to go. She finally saw a tunnel with light ice at the end of it. She stepped onto the bright ice. The lights were almost blinding her from being in the dark Tunnels for so long.

She stepped onto the ice where it looks like a goalie trainer was sending out with a net. She skated over to him and introduce yourself. Turns out his name is Nick, he used to play goalie in the AHL, but then he got a career-ending knee injury.

He started by warming her up. She took the shot after shot and saved all but two pups she heard another person get over and say,

"Whoa, that's one good goalie." She smiled at the compliment. Coach Jim came out and introduced her to the other guy. It was Dougie Hamilton, the other rookie to the Stars. He was skating and doing drills with the defensive coach while she was working on butterflies. Soon enough, Nick said that it was over and that she could go to change. She got off the ice and went back into the dark tunnel. Dougie came screaming after her,

"Wait! can you help me get back to the locker room?"

"I might need help too." She answered. They wandered their way through the Maze of the hallways. They ended up at some room where a guy was sitting with his back toward the doorway. The guy turned around, and sure enough, it was Jamie Benn who is the captain.

"Ah, I see my two rookies have met already," Jamie said. He led them back to the locker room, apologizing on the way for not showing them beforehand.

Jordan got undressed and back into her street clothes. She was too lazy to take a shower there. She wanted to take a bath when she got back to her new apartment. She left her goalie bag in the stall, then Got her suitcase and made her way to Ward's the lobby. Once there, Jamie ran up to her and asked to talk.

"So Jordan, I saw you during practice Today and you might be better than Bishop. He'll be here for practice tomorrow." He said.

" Okay." She responded. She got a taxi to her new apartment, the movers were already there. She got up to her apartment on the top floor. All her possessions were packed up and boxes that were stacked in the living room. She started to unpack the boxes.
