When silence falls cold
and the day's done.
Just be sweet enough,
When bitterness has won
and things beat you down...
And you want to run.
Just have thoughts enough
In this chasm of despair.
A speck of kindness
floats in the air.
Your heart still loves enough
to sense this near.
It may seem miniscule
in the world you fear.
A star in a universe
might feel remote.
but a speck of light,
is still a glimmer of hope.
This speck is big enough,
It ignites in your mind.
A chance to breathe again
And some happiness find ❤️
