📝Chapter.15📝

It was official, Jessica and Chris are over but I heard that she was making her way to the building to confront him and she didn't want to give him a divorce but Chris went further with the situation that gave her no choice but to give him the divorce.
This shit had been going on for months and months and months and finally it's gonna come to an end depending on what Jessica is here for and what she has to say.
Krystal: "Lily"
Me: "Yeah"
Krystal: "I'm worried"
Me: "About what?"
Krystal: "About Jessica, she's coming to confront Chris, shit is gonna happen"
Me: "I know, but we have to keep calm and find out what she really wants first"
Krystal: "Well it must be serious"
Me: "I know"
Krystal: "yeah"
So Krystal is worried sick about what Jessica is gonna say but while I'm around she won't be throwing her weight around here.
Unlike my sister I'm not afraid to tell her how it really is, I'm not scared of anyone, not Chris, not my family, not my friends and not even her, so she can try me.
I heard high heel noises clip clop while she was walking across the marble floor and it was Jessica the whole time like who I and everyone else knew it was and everyone is so scared except me and I don't know why, they just are.
Jessica: "Oh here he is, the man who never regrets a single thing"
Chris: "And I don't because I hate you and I want nothing more to do with you after what you did, your just lucky your the Mother of my kids and I need to think of them, I'm better than this, I'm not scooping to your level lady!"
Jessica: "You also didn't let the grass grow did you?"
Chris: "Well what do you mean?"
Jessica: "You and... That girl, everyone is talking about you both, well all I can say is best of luck to her for living and being with you, she'll soon see you for who you are, she'll know your true colours sooner or later"
Chris: "Actually that with the girl is true yes, but I know her really well, I've known her since 2004"
Then she got the shock of her life, I knew me and Chris weren't exactly love at first sight but we put our differences aside and I think we make a pretty good team.
Chris even had a "List" of reasons on why he is divorcing Jessica and he even read them out and she was disgusted and went to search everywhere for me, she knows I've got something to do with Chris now that he's divorced.
Jessica: "Oh here you are"
Me: "What do you want?"
Jessica: "So your the one he knew for 10 years plus"
Me: "Yeah actually and besides it's not what you thought it was, I hated him at first like you do now but he's changed and it was about time too"
Jessica: "Chris? Change? Ridiculous he never changes, we might be divorced now but he always knows where to go in the end"
Me: "Oh we will see about that Jessica"
Jessica: "Yes we will, BITCH!"
(Jessica slaps me and walks away)
Me: "Is my face ok?"
Krystal: "Yeah it's ok"
Me: "I'm checking in the mirror"
My face was ok yes and she didn't leave a mark but she's lucky she didn't.
I know she has kids to Chris and she's that low she will accuse me of harming them but I never ever would.
Yes there was a time when I could just punch Chris in the face but he's a changed man and I would never harm a hair on them kids but I know for a fact that that's gonna be her next move so I'm just gonna be really careful.
