Clementine's Pov:
My eyes met Violet's, her shoulder rising slowly and her cheeks were flushed pink, i looked at her curiously with a soft smile.Violet took out a small box, she got down on her knee and looking up at me as her eyes sparkled in the moonlight.
The box held a 50 carrot ring, the diamond sparking and flashing before my eyes.
i gasped, my eyes start to water at the moment i've been waiting for half of my life.
"Clementine? will do the honors of spending the rest of your life with me, and marrying me?" she asked, blushing and looking up at me with a loving smile.
"I- Violet..Y-Yes, i would love to be your wife." i said in excitement, my cheeks flushing red as happy tears ran down my cheek.
"oh my god." she mumbled breathlessly, smiling and placing the ring on my finger
. Violet stood up and i gave her a tight, passionate hug. "i-I love you so much." i say, cracking up from tears.
"I love you back Clementine." she says, sniffling. she pulled away from the hug minutes after we stood there taking in this moment, the moment we vowed for the rest of our lives together.
For the rest of the days, Violet and Clementine spent days planning out their wedding and getting prepared for their big day together.
time skip: Before the vows
Violet's pov:
"We have approximately 10 minutes before we're getting married Lou, i'm freaking the fuck out! what if i mess up on my vows?? what if it's not good enough ? what if she changes her mind?" she panicked, pacing back in forth with her undone tie swinging around.Louis eyes widen, "Vi! Vi! Calm down we can get through this, we can together. i've been friends with you for so long..i'm not leaving you. she loves you! she wouldn't just change her mind, trust me she blew up my phone about it yesterday. You're gonna kill this Vi, she really wants you in her life forever. so let's go out there, show her how much you love her and make her your wife." Louis said, smiling down at the much shorter blonde.
"not to mention you look so amazing, your gonna steal not only her heart out there but her eyes." he teased, crossing his arms.
"Well you are the one who helped me pick it so no shit, but thank you Lou that means a lot to me you idiot." Violet said, smiling.
Clementine's Pov:
I was getting ready to head out the courtyard, which was decorated nicely, white shiny strings hanging from across the tree with a white floor walk out. the sun shines bright, making everything glow. this was absolutely perfect.
I hear Aasim and Ruby assemble the beginning of the wedding, playing me and Violet's favorite song. My arm was around Brody's as she walked me out to the courtyard, to find my beautiful fiancé standing there in her purple tuxedo. "god, she looks so perfect." i thought, smiling as her eyes met mine
her facial expression changed as we met eyes, her eyes lighting up from afar as i walked up to her.
Violet's Pov:
"Clementine..wow. you look so beautiful ." i whispered, gasping for air as i saw her i felt completely stunned."Violet..you look beautiful as well." she smiled, placing her hand in mine.
Our friends were in aww. i looked over at Louis as he smiled with tears in his eyes, shaking his head as if he was a proud bestfriend or brother.
Louis cleared his throat. "Ahem. we are joined here today as our friends, Violet and Clementine, starting the day that will change their lives. We watched them become girlfriends, fight over chicken nuggets, and video games to slowly fall more in love with each other each day. honestly, Vi and Clem we are all in love with you both"
Causing Clementine and i to smile at our friends who shook their heads in agreement."OKAY, Okay! i'll save some words for the after party. time for Vows! Clem, take it away." Louis says, smiling at us.
"Violet, every since that day i seen you on my softball field taking pictures of my team, i couldn't help notice you. i never stopped thinking about you and how it would be if we were together. till that day giving you my number and talking to you will mean everything to me. when we became girlfriends i just knew that this could be the change of my whole life, now look at we are i'm in that frilly dress and tiara you teased my younger self about." Clementine said, laughing and smiling softly as she teared up happily.
"i want this forever Violet and to be with you for the rest of my days and to grow old together, explore the world and make so many more memories. i love you Violet." she says, smiling at me.
"Wow..uh fuck." Violet sighed in relief, tearing up and smiling. "You still have that affection on me Clementine, it never went away. i'm so happy that we met, and you stayed..you stayed, how lucky am i. everyone would always leave me, but you stayed with me and you kept loving me more and more. i'm so lucky to have you Clem and i can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, build a home and start a family. Before i knew you things were hard, i didn't know what i was living for and now that i have you i've figured that you are my Reasons to breathe." Violet said, smiling at Clementine with tears in her eyes.
Violet and Clementine placed their rings on each other's fingers, ending off their wedding with a passionate, loving kiss. they bought a home together, starting a small family they adopted a little boy named Aj. they loved him and thought him the meaning of life. they lived happily and fought to keep their marriage stable as they went through years. Clementine and Violet had each other in the end, and with that that is all they needed.
