We Meet Again (RJS & JMB)

Chapter 23

11:00 a.m.

I wake up to the sound of loud clanging noises, like stuff being banged together. I pull open the curtains to look to see what was going on. I peak my head out and turn to look in the direction where I heard the noise from, the back of the bus. I look to see Zach holding two pots and Joey on the couch, sitting up.

"Why do you have to wake me up so early?" Joey groans.

"Cause we are going to be making a youtube video and I need you." Zach tells him.

"Why me? What about everybody else?" Joey asks him.

"Because I need you." Zach tells him.

"Why do you got to be so annoying all the time?" Joey groans, laying back down.

"Why do you ask so many questions?" He replies.

Joey doesn't answer him and just lays there.

Zach starts banging the pots together, creating the noise that woke me up.

"Shut up!" Joey shouts.

Zach continues. Joey grabs his pillow and puts it over his head, covering his ears.

I pull the covers off, knowing that I probably won't be able to go back to sleep. I get up and walk to the front of the bus to get as far away from the noise as I can.

I go and sit down at the table look at a wall, half asleep.

"Zach just shut up!" I hear Joey saying.

I hear footsteps approaching and look over to see Joey, followed by Zach.

"Did I wake you up?" Zach asks, noticing me, sounding apologetic.

"Yea." I answer, looking over at him.

"I'm so sorry." He says sincerely. 

He then walks off. I look over to Joey and see him coming to sit next to me. He sits down and puts his arms on the table and lays his head down onto them. He seems tired, so was I to be honest.

Joey picks his head up and looks at me.

"Zach is so annoying." He complains.

I don't respond because it was him just thinking out loud.

I hear footsteps getting closer and look to see Zach.

"Since you guys are both awake, why don't we start the YouTube video?" Zach says.

"Are you kidding me?" Joey says annoyed.

"No." Zach says, hesitant, knowing that it might not be a good idea.

"You just woke me up, made me leave where I was sleeping, and now you want YouTube video?!" Joey says, angered.

"Uh yea." Zach answers.

Zach doesn't know when to stop does he?

Joey gets up and storms off.

I look at Zach and give him a face of disappointment.

I get up and follow the direction of which Joey headed.

I get over to him. He was climbing into the bunk that I was sleeping in.

Before he closes the curtain he notices me.

"Did you want to sleep here?" He asks.

"Nah, it's fine." I reply.

"You sure?" He asks.

"Yea." I answer.

Next thing I know someone comes up from behind me and pushes me over to the bunk, making me fall onto the bed.
