The music starts and I hear the loud screams from the fans. The show has started.
about 35 minutes later...
My phone buzzes. I pick it up from the table and look to see a text from Zach. He tells me that he just got done performing and that it's a full house.
A few seconds later, I get a notification that Zach Clayton went live on Instagram.
I click on the live and watch it.
"Yo, Houston goes craaazyyy!" Zach says with much energy.
I comment "hi".
After I said that, people started commenting things like "hi lyla", "lyla's on the live", "lyla!".
"Hey Lyla, what's good?" Zach says, seeing that I joined the live.
"Well I just got done performing and I just wanted to hop on live real quick and say hi and stuff." Zach says.
"You're at the show? Well what are you doing watching my live, watch the show!" Zach says, replying to a comment.
"Well I'mma hop off so. Bye guys." Zach says before ending the live.
I put my phone down on the table after scrolling through Instagram.
about 40 minutes later...
The door opens and I look to see it's, that one woman from earlier, Patrica.
"Okay Lyla, come with me. You're up very soon." She tells me.
"Up?" I question.
"Yes, now hurry." She tells me.
I get up from the chair and walk over to her.
"You're gonna be amazing darling!" Cynthia shouts to me with a warm smile.
"Go do your thing!" Shannon adds.
"You got this!" Miranda tells me.
"Go get them!" Vanessa shouts.
"Uh-... thank you?" I say, very confused.
I follow Patrica out of the room and down the hall. She leads me to where you enter the stage from. Rebecca was right here. I look to see Joey, Charles, and Chad on the stage. They were asking the crowd questions and doing their thing.
"Does anybody like to sing?" Chad asks.
The crowd cheers.
"I know I do, even if I'm not the best!" Joey replies to Chad.
I look at Charles, he looks confused.
"Well, we got a very special surprise for you guys." Chad says with much excitement.
The crowd screams out of excitement. I was curious too. I never had seen Team Choey's part do the show before.
"Introducing..." Joey says.
"the one and only..." Chad says, continuing with Joey.
"LYLA NORTH!" Joey and Chad both shout.
Wait, me?!
The crowd screams.
I stay put, confused.
The crowd starts to look all around them, like they were expecting something.
I felt as if I was supposed to do something; but, I would of been told, wouldn't I?
Just then, I look to see Chad running towards me. He grabs onto my wrist, gently pulling me onto the stage.
