You and Tom have been dating for five years now. You first met when you both joined Marvel at the same time, filming the same films together. You both instantly clicked and your friendship quickly grew into something more. After months of going on dates and filming other films together Tom asked you to be his girlfriend. You obviously said yes, the fans loved yous as a couple and you were both so happy that everyone supported it.
The second year into your relationship you and Tom went to Bora Bora. You both loved it and didn't want to leave, it was the best holiday ever. Three years later you both decided to go back, you were so excited and couldn't wait to get there. It was amazing there, the hotel rooms were little beach hut rooms over the ocean, with amazing views of other islands and beautiful sunsets.
You were there for two weeks and it was the best two weeks of your life. Your holiday included scuba diving, surfing, boat tours and snorkeling. It was your third last night in Bora Bora and Tom had booked dinner at the beach for yous two. You were so excited as it was booked at the time the sun was about to go down.
"Y/N, you ready to go" Tom shouted, waiting at your hotel door for you
"I'm ready" You say as you walk out of the bedroom and make your way to him. He looks at you in awe as you are wearing a beautiful red dress, ruffles crossing your chest, with two straps over your shoulders. Your tan looked amazing and your hair was half up, half down. He grabbed your waist and pulled you closer to him.
"You look amazing" He says as he kisses you, you laugh and look up at him
"Thank you, you look very handsome" You say to him smiling
"Why thank you" He says as he spins around showing off his outfit. You laugh at him and you both make your way out of the door and begin to walk to the restaurant.
After a ten minute walk you finally get the the restaurant, the tables are set outside, looking at the ocean and a perfect view for the sun going down.
"Tom, this is beautiful" You say to him, he smiles at you and then pulls your seat out for you to sit down.
Dinner was amazing, you had the pasta, while Tom had the salmon. Then Tom ordered chocolate lava cake for you to share, it was so good. After dinner you both walk out of the restaurant and make your way to the bit of the beach in front of it. He holds you from behind as you both watch the sun go down.
"I love you" He says into your ear
"I love you too" You say back as you turn to face and kiss him. You turn back around and stand there watching the sun. A couple of minutes later Tom pats his pockets and looks up at you.
"Crap, I left my phone at the restaurant, I'll be a minute" He says to you
"Okay" You say as you watch him run back up to the restaurant. You turn and face the beach again waiting for Tom.
Time passes by and you start to worry but you hear Toms footsteps coming closer to you, you wait for his arms to wrap around you but they don't.
"Y/N" He says behind you. You turn to face him and you go into complete shock. You see Tom down on one knee, looking up at you, holding a little black box. He opens the box and you see a diamond ring inside it.
"Oh my god, Tom" You say as tears fall down your face
"Y/N, I met you five years ago and all I can say is you have truly changed my life. When I met you I knew you were the one for me, I knew you were my soulmate. You've showed me how to truly love and have made me the happiest man in this world and I want you to be in my life forever. Because without you I wouldn't be the man I am today and I'm so thankful you came into my life" He says, you smile at him and wipe your tears from your face
"Y/N, will you make me the happiest man in the world and, will you marry me?" He asks you
"Of course I will" You say to him, he stands up and places the ring on your finger. You jump up and down in excitement and then wrap your arms around him. He wraps his arms around your waist and spins you around, he puts you down and you place your hands on his face and reach up and kiss him, he kisses you back. You break away and wipe the tears from his face as you see little tears falling from his face. You were both so happy and excited.
"I thought I was gonna mess that up" He says to you, you laugh at him and hug him
"You couldn't" You say back to him.
This was the best thing that has ever happened, you were ecstatic, filled with joy. You and Tom made your way back to your room. You both went out onto the balcony when you got back, there you took pictures of the ring and of yous two. You were so excited to tell your family that your were marrying the love of your life.
"I love you so much" You say to him
"I love you more" He says back as he kisses you, after you both sit on your balcony watching the sun finally go down. The thing you can definitely agree on is this was the best holiday you had ever had.
