You were currently sitting in your living room waiting for Peter to come and pick you up. It was the night of your prom and you and Peter were going together as you were dating. You had on a long dark navy dress with long lace sleeves. Your hair was half up half down and your makeup was natural with a little bit of glam. You were really excited and couldn't wait to get there.
You heard your doorbell go and went to see who it was. You opened the door and your eyes met Peters. His jaw dropped he couldn't believe how gorgeous you were.
"Y/N you look amazing" He says still shocked at how beautiful you were.
"Thank you, you look amazing too" You reply, he was in a black suit with a black tie. You couldn't help but look at him. He looked so attractive.
"Shall we get going?" He asks you. You nod in reply and you both make your way to the car.
After the drive you finally get to school. You see people making their way inside, while some other students are getting pictures outside. You both get out the car and make your way to the entrance. You spot Ned and MJ standing near the entrance and make your way over to them.
"Hey guys" You say as you stop in front of them.
"Hey Y/N, you look really pretty" Ned says to you.
"Thank you, MJ you look beautiful, I love your dress" you say to her.
"Thanks, it's a bit different for me" She says smiling.
"Shall we make our way inside?" Ned asks everyone.
"Sure, lets go" MJ says. You start to walk but Peter grabs your arm and stops you.
"We'll be in a minute guys, I just need to speak to Y/N" He says, they both nod and turn back round and go inside.
"Hey I wanted to give you something" He says, standing in front of you nervously.
"Okay" You say smiling at him. He takes his hand from behind his back and shows him holding a corsage. A beautiful white rose, with white lace wrapped around it.
"Peter it's beautiful, thank you" You say to him. He ties it round your wrist and looks up at you. He leans in and kisses you, you kiss him back.
"You ready to go in?" He asks you. You nod your head and hand in hand you both make your way inside.
You make your way into the gym hall that's been all done up for tonight. Streamers and balloons everywhere with the stage done up for the DJ. You see a mic stand on the stage for someone to sing. You wish you could go up and sing but you would be too nervous. You see what no one knows about you is you're a singer. You post yourself singing on YouTube and social media under an account that no one knows it's you. That's account name is Dua Lipa,a cool name you came up with, a lot of people like your singing and wish for you to reveal who you are but when your always about to you get too nervous and stop yourself.
"Y/N you okay?" Peter asks you.
"Yeah, just zoned out for a bit" You say giving him a smile. You see MJ and Ned sitting at a table, you and Peter make your way over to them and sit down with them.
It's now been a while since prom started. You, Peter, MJ and Ned have been up dancing for some songs but mostly just sitting. You kept hearing word that a band was coming to play at prom, supposedly Flash messaged them on instagram and they actually responded. The only thing is no one knew who it was. You see Flash go up onto the stage and taps the mic.
