Thea's POV
I didn't know how much time had passed. There was no clock. There was so watch. No time system. All I knew was it was a long time.My heart jumped when my door opened for the first time in what seemed to be a few hours. Oliver came in with a tray of food (which was looked as fake as the girls in high school). He set it down on my shelf, "Okay." He cut the wire holding my wrists together. "Give me your best shot."
I immediately punched him in the face. He groaned and grabbed his nose. I knees him in the gut. He doubled over, giving me access to his face. I elbowed his neck. He fell to the ground with a thud, "Yup," he groaned. "That'll work."
"I had to make it realistic," I smirked. I pull his card off of his jacket. "Thanks by the way. We'll be back for you afterwards."
I checked the hallway. Nobody. I walked down the halls, counting the rooms. 228, 226, 224, 222. I stopped in front of 220. I saw the portal get made and Strange stepped out. He smirked, "Glad to see you on time."
"Are you kidding? Why wouldn't I be?" I smiled. We walked over to the next one. I scanned the card. The door unlocked and swung open the door.
Peter was sitting on the bed, as if startled to see us so soon, "Dod that go by fast or is it just me?"
"Mine went by rather slowly," I sighed. "Now come on. Times almost up."
He got up and we stopped by the elevator. We scanned the card. A few seconds later the door slid open. A few people were on, but not much. Except for that one guy from earlier. I tried to hide my face as I got on. It didn't work.
The doors closed, "Three, please," I told the guy standing next to me. He did as I asked.
"Hey, wait a minute," I heard him say.
He grabbed my arm. I twisted his hand and flung him over my shoulder. I am not dealing with people like him when I'm so close to getting my father back.
I looked around to everyone else. They were al wide eyed at me and him. I looked down to him, "Rodger, I told you once, and I'll tell you again. Don't touch me."
The elevator beeped at me, signaling that it was time to get off. I walked off and the two boys followed. We stood there until the elevator went to the next floor. "So which room number was his again?" I asked.
"301," Strange replied, staring at the end of the hallway. "All the way down there."
"Alright," Peter began to walk, "this is it. Let's go."
Strange grabbed my shoulder lightly before I was able to follow Peter. "Hey, Thea. You need to know something before we continue."
I cocked my head at him.
"You cannot let your father see you."
"Because of the time travel, right?"
"Right," he nodded. "Just letting you know."
I nodded and we followed after Peter. We stopped in front of the door down the hall. We stood there staring at the door. "You ready?" Peter asked me.
"I guess," I replied. I scanned the card on the door. It opened very slowly. This room was nearly a black all around. Both of us stepped in. We turned to Strange.
"I'm staying out here for protection."
Both of us didn't argue. I thought that was a good idea actually.
A light was shining through the room from the ceiling. And I saw him. My father. The one I haven't seen in ten years. The one who died in a war that he really shouldn't have. My dad who I loved 3000.
