jules tossed his phone down onto his bed and himself along with it, just as kat climbed into the window, and closed it right behind her. she stumbled to join jules on the bed, and gave him a smile. "dude how did i NOT know you were fucking mr.b?" she told him. "honestly" jules sat up "you were the only one that didnt know, marissa knew and so did brianna" he told kat as he shook his head "i just cant believe i fucked it all up like that" "fucked it up?" kat asked him "are you serious? he should be going to jail" "for what?" jules asked her. "for having sex with a sophomore, that guy was a whole twenty-five year old" kat explained with a disgusted look on her face, while getting more comfortable, kicking her shoes off and getting under the covers, jules did the same as well. "he loved me" jules told kat as he laid his head down, staring up to the ceiling. "i think that was more of a lust kind of thing, jules" kat shook her head as she laid down and looked up as well "love is different" she bit her bottom lip and hesitated before saying "can i tell you something?" kat whispered, turning her body to face jules, as he did the same. "ive been talking to chris, and i think he could really like me, like a love thing" she whispered once again. 'fuck' jules thought to himself, while looking to kat as she talked. "didnt he tell you those ugly things the other day?" jules reminded her. "yeah but, boys do that all the time, and he was probably just trying to look cool in front of his friends" she shrugged "boys play hard to get almost all the time to get girls to fall in love with them even more." "kat i dont think thats how it-" jules started before kat interrupted "jules, i know what im doing." she shook her head again. "i just dont want you to get hurt, youre my bestfriend" jules told her. "ill be okay" kat nodded her head. "hey do you wanna go get ice cream?" kat tried breaking the mood, as it was getting a little awkward. "yes please" jules whispered "can we take a nap first?" he asked her as he closed his eyes. kat did the same "yes, goodnight" she told him. "goodnight" jules pulled the covers over him a little more, and the two slowly drifted into a light sleep.

jules woke up to his phone going off with his messages blowing up.

'the fuck?' he thought to himself, as he unlocked his phone and began to reply to chris.

jules took a look to kat, she was sound asleep, drooling onto his pillow, he looked back to his phone and bit his bottom lip, reading the messages over and over between him and chris. 'what the fuck' jules thought to himself, he was in complete shock and that point at a crossroads. he set his phone back down, not even replying to chris at all. "kat?" jules whispered, as he tried to wake her up gently "kat? lets go get ice cream please?" "shut up" kat groaned, as she turned over away from jules not wanting to get up at all. jules looked to kats back, before picking his phone back up again and replying to chris.

jules took a deep breath and sighed, before shaking his head and sitting up in his bed, he looked over to kat who was still asleep and he couldnt help but feel guilty.
