I sit at my desk, the clock taunting me as I finish writing some files of Ritzu's file. I look outside the rainy window, the sky turning from the light gray to a soft blue as the sun rays break into my study. I sigh thinking about the past two years and how fast they have gone; who would've thought that this curse to be broken? It seemed like a fairy tale like you could write a whole series about our pain, love, drama and all that happened and it would be exciting trust me.

It is almost like the french story: Beauty and The beast; almost like it with the beast outline but no one would ever have imagined that our spell could be broken. It took me years to find an antidote, studies and blood samples, experiments and trial and error. Then here comes a simple caring girl named Tohru, who changed our world to see our silver lining and it was over.

Over, done finished something we can actually look past and think how much has changed. I then looked around the room before smiling at the pictures of Kyo and Tohru, Rin and Haru, even Akito and Shigure, now that I certainly did not expect. Teird of thinking about the past I switched on my laptop before and e-mail poped on the page. I rolled my eyes, Ayame again? The subject read: warning.

I scrolled down the e-mail as my eyes widended at each stentence. I finished before reading the closing lines:

...remember time is ticking Hatori,

I pratically spirnted out of the study before dialing on the phone.

I got off the phone feeling happier. I was meeting her at town square today; sighing dreamily I walked past my zen room before something caught my eye. I walked in looking at the green tainted walls before my eyes landed on a small necklace on the table...

it had the symbol of the rabbit. I smiled remembering how when I wore it girls would tease me that I was as cute as a rabbit. I reached over before picking it up. Feeling the smooth wood features on the necklace. It has a golden ribbon for a little bow tie and a soft white silk for the collar. It truly is a work of art. I wonder...

I quickly ran to my closet before putting on my jacket and my hat before rushing to my room to grab a small box. I walked back to the zen room before placing the necklace into the brown box. A work of art for my angel. With one glance at the room I turned around before walking out the door happily.

Turning the corner I see my angel across the busy street smiling at me as I get closer to the road. I looked both ways seeing traffic slow down as cars one by one stop in a straight line for me. I wave a thank you before walking across- I hear a honking noise before pausing and looking to the side to see a car coming straight at me. The driver was texting before she realized I was in front of her. With no time to run I put my hands to cover myself as the car increases its speed.

"Momiji!" Her voice yelled. It came as fast as a blink-I felt the impact on my entire body, filled with burning pain. I landed on my back as  my world went white.
