"LANCE?"
"Oh um hi, Pidge."
"It's Katie."
Pidge turned away and huffed.
There was absolutely NO WAY that she was going to talk to the guy who broke her heart.
There was a loud "OOF." that came from the bottom of the stairs.
"Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!"
"Keith get up and stop acting like a kid."
Pidge left the doorway and went into the kitchen to find something to munch on.
"Ugh. Did I eat all of the Pringles? Hey Keith?"
There wasn't an answer.
She huffed again and opened the fridge.
She took out a container of cool whip and flipped it over, revealing the expired date.
"Ew. Better save that for Lance."

Keith's POV

"So Lance.."
I glanced awkwardly around the room, and back to his face.
"Hmm yeah?"
"What happened back there with you and Pidge?"
"Oh- you mean Katie?"
"Yeah, sure."
"Nothing really."
He looked away and rubbed his neck.
"Uhm. I have a girlfriend now."
That was surprising.
"Shocker."
"Yeah I know. She's the prettiest girl in the world!"
I scoffed.
"Didn't you say that was Pidge, just a few months back?"
"Yeah well, she's a bitch."
"Your mom is a bitch."
"My moms dead."
The room grew silent.
Until there was a loud crash- following with a shrill scream, that came from downstairs.
"What the-"
