Rose Gaunt

"Rose, you need to wake up, your mother says you are to leave in two hours," the voice of Lily woke me, "Okay," once she realised I was awake she left with a pop to inform my mother. Sitting up I decided to
get up before I fell back asleep on the absolute cloud of a bed. Seeing another two doors leading someone, I took my chance at the first one seeing it opened into my wardrobe, the next being my en suit bathroom. "Well that's fancy," I chuckled turning on the shower before getting it, seeing that there was a sponge, shampoo and hair care treatments there.

After my shower routine was over and slipped into a towel and brushed my teeth. Anyone else have an issue with opening packages because I can never do it?

"Damn," the word just fell out of my mouth at the sight of all my clothes in the wardrobe... that's a lot. I quickly decided on a grey jumper, a velvet blush pink pinafore and a pair of suede grey flats. A knock at the door disturbed me from admiring the room. "Hey Rose, you decent?" Theo asked from the other side, "Yeah, come on in," before the rest of the sentence was out my mouth he was in my room.

"You want your tour now?" I nodded before he grabbed my hand, pulling me out of my room. "So well start on the ground floor," we headed down stairs were I was shown how to get to the living room and dining room, also on the ground floor was the foyer and the house elves quarter.

The first floor contained, my room, Theo's room, dads office and the cinema room... yeah I a cinema room. The second floor had my parents room another office and the swimming room... a bloody swimming room. On the last floor was an open ball room, I'm so grateful there's a lift.

"And that's the entire house, well apart from outside but it's raining so," Theo spoke as we headed back down stairs to grab some breakfast, to see all the house elves had put a mountain of fresh fruit, yoghurt and different flavours of granola on the table, along side three jugs of water, orange juice and apple juice.

"Thank you guys," I smiled watching Theo give them another hefty tip. "Hey darling children of mine," Alexa called out, strolling into the room with Narcissa and Draco behind her. "Hey love," Draco called coming to take a seat next me, robbing one of my strawberries in the process, "Rude," I laughed back.

"We best get going, it's going to get pretty busy soon," Alexa and Narcissa agreed, I quickly ate the last of my banana before slipping on one of Theo's endless supply of black bomber jackets seeing as I had only one coat with no hood. "You look cute," Draco whispered into my ear causing a red tinge to appear on my cheeks.  "Ew! None of this flirting business Draco," Theo reprimanded.

For what felt like the millionth time in the last twenty four hours, the sensation of apparition flooded my stomach. Soon the view of the new and improved Diagon Alley appeared. It really had changed. The once wooden shacks where replaced by bricks, in all it appeared rather modern and muggle.

"First up Ollivanders, Rose here needs a wand," we headed into the closest shop, even eight years on, the endless wands still amazed me. "Ah the Malfoy's and is that Alexa Gaunt I see?" "It's been to long Ollivander dear, we're here to get a wand for my daughter," "Ah the famous Rose I've heard about, follow me darling," he took my hand and lead me to the centre of shop.

Immediately I felt drawn to the very back, slowly walking forward I grabbed the box that was hidden deep within the back.

"Ah ten inch Hawthorn wood with a unicorn hair centre, only two ever made, go on and give it a try," "Stupify!" I called out waving the wand towards Theo who shot back.

"Perfect," I said, "What was that for?" Theo whined, "Was rather hilarious," Alexa whispered, although we all heard her. "Who has the other one?" I still am
rather curious. "I believe you know him," I turned to see Draco holding up his wand, an exact replica to mine. I smiled, wands choose there owners the day there made, so me and Draco are meant to be, no Amour tie needed. "Ooh soulmates," both our mother cooked sending us into blushing messes.

Once my wand was sorted we headed for the robes shop, quickly being fitted and promised to have the robes sent to the Gaunt manor. "Shall we get some lunch, before we head to get your books and equipment?" We nodded heading for the leaky cauldron. I quickly decided on fish, chips and mushy peas, how very British of me.

"Okay, how about we split up? You and Draco go and get the books whilst us three get the equipment," I nodded at Narcissa.

Draco Malfoy

We headed into Flourish and Blotts with the list of books in hand. "Okay, so we need three copies of each, time you put your muscles to use buddy," Rose laughed before placing three copies of the same book in my arms... we only need seven each... Jesus my arms are gonna snap.

"Any Of you spoke to Hermione lately?" The familiar voice of Ron Weasley could be heard from two shelves away. I watched as Rose tensed up. "Oh well if it isn't Malfoy, and whose this your girlfriend?" Ginny asked, well more snarled "Matter of fact I am," Rose piped up before I even had the chance.

"I don't recall asking you, who even are you? Some pure blood scum?" I could see the anger rising in Rose, "Pretty sure your a pure blood..." "Yeah well at least we didn't join the death eaters like you two," "How would you know, you don't even know my name?" Rose left as Ginny seemed speechless.

"You're probably irrelevant, well give me a name," "Rose," "Got a last name?" "Gaunt," Ah the sight of the blood leaving Ginny's face was rather amusing.

Immediately she started to apologise "I'm so sorry, if I had known," "Well maybe you should learn to shut your mouth every once in a while," Rose spoke before leaving, I followed close behind, seeing the rest of the Weasley's staring in our direction.

That's right, Weasleys, even after the war, your still irrelevant.
