Chapter 37 Nayeon x Yara vs ___?

Yara x Nayeon vs Rein and Goons

'Fujishima Roku's Villa. 1st Floor'

"There's endless of them!" Nayeon complained as she dodged an attack and delivered an uppercut towards him.

"Hahaha! Nice hit, Nayeon-unnie!" Yara complimented the older although she's doing amazing herself. Casually deflecting their every attack and kills them
instantly.

Nayeon shivered once she saw the blood coming out from those men every time they got caught up in Yara's blade but Nayeon knows that Dahyun and Sana need
them that's why she's also fighting for their sake.

As for now, the oldest got a hold of some cylindrical stick and she was lucky enough to be enrolled in the Arnis Sport before thats' why she used it to her
advantages.

Nayeon doesn't want to use her powers as much as she want too, she likes to lie low for now. She still can't fully trust these guys. They just met 3-5 hrs
ago and here they are now, risking their lives to save Nayeon's friends.

'Hang on there baby Dahyun, Squirrel, we will rescue you for sure'

"Quite some skill you got there unnie-chan!" Yara complimented after casually swinging the sword from left to right.

Nayeon huff at this, "I could say the same thing to you, Yara-ssi. Your swordmanship is amazing."

"I'm from the clan of Swordsmen, you can call us Knights. It is our job to protect that's why we undergo training since we're 2 years old." Yara briefly
explained as she dodged and attack and kicked the goons on their shin.

Nayeon was surprised at this that she almost got hit by a baton and unconsciously generates a pool of water in front of them making them skate their way
towards the wall.

"Really?! Don't you guys have human rights or something?" Nayeon asked.

"Human rights? Why would we have human rights when we're pure-blooded Vexirs." Yara questions.

Oh right. Nayeon mentally facepalmed at this, they have this term for people-with-special-abilities.

Nayeon cleared her voice, "Okay fine. Vexir's Rights then?"

"Hmm I can't quite think so becaue truth be told, Hiraeth is undergoing through a lot of problems ever since the Royal Family disappeared in thin dust
25,000 years ago so Casters were the ones who temporarily leads us for now." Yara answered.

Royal Families? Casters? 25,000 years ago? Damn what are these guys? Nayeon was bathe in confusion but she chose to understand in slowly especially since
she heard a familair term. Hmmm Caster. Where could have Nayeon heard it before?

Naeyeon's series of thoughts broke when she felt a familiar essence but quite stronger than before and she was right when suddenly the air thickened and
familiar smell of wind tickled her nose, quite like Momo's but more dull.

"Yara-ssi! Be careful! Someone is coming!" Nayeon was back to her defense stance since she stil has no clue on who's she fighting to.

Now that Nayeon mentions it, Yara could also hear foot steps coming that's why she raised her hand sidewards and opened her palm. When she did, a magic
circle appeard with markings engraved on it , Yara quickly pushed her arm inside it and pulled a new weapon, a double-edged long wavy blade ithout fullers.

Nayeon was still fascinated over what Yara can do, so basically she has enhanced sword skills and can change weapons? That's--

"..all you can do?" Rein smirked as she folds her arm.

Her face is very familiar and yet Nayeon can't put a name to it.

"Hey! That's rude my Flamberge Sword has a lot of advantages rather than the boring old E-Class Gizmoxus Merovingian Sword you guys made for your goons."
Yara retorts.

Surely enough Nayeon was clueless as to what those terms meant but she's eyeing every move the bluenette makes and decides to assist Yara on this.

Wait, assist?

"AH! You're Jihyo's Sous Chef!" Nayeon loudly pointed it out when she realized it was her.

Rein arched her brow at this and studied Nayeon's appearance, "Jihyo? You're acquainted to Jihyo?" Rein asked.

"Uhh..yeah?" Nayeon didn't know why she hesitated to answer at first then she knows why when Rein flew towards her with great speed and choked her.

"That bitch! She ruined everything! My reputation and my pride as a Vexir!" Nayeon was choking then Rein's grasp on her loosened when the bluenette yelled
in pain as an arrow hit her ankle.

"Your pride as a Vexir was already ruined the moment you decide to follow the Dark Minister!" Yara was holding a crossbow but immediately shifts to her
previous weapon as she lunged towards the bluenette.

Rein harshly pulled the arrow out of her ankle and saw a retro cabinet on her left side and used the wind to pull it and smash it into an incoming pixie-cut
japanese.

"Yara!" Nayeon's eyes widened when Yara flew away because of the impact.

Rein turned her attention back at Nayeon who's about to whack her stick on Rein's face but the blunette was stronger so she just stopped the stick with her
hand and holds it.

She smirked, "So you must also be a friend of that Kim Dahyun huh? Well too bad she's on her way to hell, there's not much time left before she will be
beheaded by the one and only CL, you should also tell Jihyo that."

Nayeon can't believe this, everything around her went in slow motion. Rein, who's evilly laughing and then there's Yara who's running towards them with a
sword on her hand.

Dahyun? It was Dahyun all these time? Nayeon then suddenly understood why Dahyun seems like she's always in danger and why she's always so unlucky. Dahyun
was their ball of sunshine and the picture of her dead triggered Nayeon's emotions. A flashback on the day she met Dahyun in Busan, Dahyun was drowning and
Nayeon rescued her, even giving her a CPR in the process (thank god for Mina the intern for that). Was all of that not a coincidence?

Did they just made Dahyun suffer for the past 5 years?

Nayeon's eyes glowed and even her mark glowed in such a way that blinded Rein for a second. Nayeon took this as an opportunity and clenched her fist as she
extended her arm however it didn't reached Rein's abdomen so the blunette smirked but Nayeon wasn't aiming for that.

In a flash, Nayeon opened her palm and water shoots out from it with great pressure and then Nayeon thrusted her arm further. Rein yelled in agony as the
water made a hole out of her body.

Rein just stood there, eyes wide. Yara too was stopped in her tracks once she saw what happened and immediately reported it to Yeunwoo

"W-witch." Rein muttered before completely falling into the pit of darkness.

"Nayeon-unnie...you're a caster too?"

Hiiii! I'm so sorry for this late update, I was really planning on publishing this the day after but then I got busy with the elections and stuff here in the philippines, anyways I hope you understand! let's be moots btw ~ @dahyunssi_P.S. I'm so sorry for the slight confusion tbh I kinda forgot I killed Sana's mother here, fortunately I noticed it earlier and had a slight change during the time Sana met with her parents. Forgive me for this is my first story and I'm still a rookie! TTStream FANCY people!
