That day all got a bit too much. So I went to sleep at couldn't wait for the next morning so I could see what Kamri is now like.
Then I walked downstairs like a dead sloth leading into the kitchen to greet my parents. Dad still looked very smart in his suit for work. I headed back upstairs after saying morning to mum and dad. I got ready and then mum dropped me off at school. I met Olivia and Mia at school then we went to form. Bradley was in our form and nope he isn't cute anymore. He stared at me and Mia like we were pieces of meat.
After form we headed to French and me and Olivia sat down next to each other at the back.
"Olivia, it's funny how we always sit next to each other at the back so we can talk to each other!" I whispered to Olivia.
"I know right!!" She replied.
At the end of the lesson me and Olivia went to reception to see what time Kamri was coming back today. The school receptionist is sooo strict she wouldn't even tell you what time someone was coming back to school. I desperately needed to know otherwise I was a terrible friend not knowing what time she was coming back.
We now headed to lesson and you know me I hate classes and especially Maths and that's the lesson I had. It didn't get any better. When class was finished I rang her.
"Ring ring"
"Hello, where are you!" She asked me, she sounded as if she had been crying again.
"I'm near food court getting a cookie." I answered. She ended the call. It was really strange. I have known Kamri for about all my life and never once has she ever been like this. Once she had trouble with a boy and that's about it.
Connor walked up to me and asked if Kamri was ok. I mean like Connor is like the fittest boy in year 9 and he has never walked up to me before.
"Autumn, your really cute and I would like to go out with you sometime." Connor asked me.
My face blew up with excitement and I couldn't breath and I couldn't talk!!!
"Eerm...thanks...and...I...I...like....you...too and I would love to go out with you sometime as well" I nervously answered.
"I'll meet you at Nandos at 6:30" he replied with a adorable smirk on his face that brightened up my day completely.
