Chapter 4; heartbroken

The next day was even better. It was the weekend but really we pretended that it was a 6 week holiday or something. We walked downstairs to go eat breakfast and we said morning to his parents. His parents are so kind and sweet

Better than mine! After breakfast we rushed back upstairs and he got a shower. While he was doing that I went to look around his room and what could I see,well, I saw about 40 DVDs and about half of them were tv shows,I also saw 5 footy trophies, and a few of my makeup wipes on the floor that I quickly put in the bin so it doesn't look like I'm a person who leaves litter on the floor.

I heard the shower turn off, so I quickly sat down on the bed and went on my phone. He walked in with just a towel on. I now went I the shower but I couldn't resist his six pack.

It took me about 25 mins to try and get the shower working. When I did i took a shower that lasted about 12 minutes. I walked back in his room and he was looking out the window. I went to go see what he was looking at and he said..

"I see Kamri over there, have you two fallen out or something like that?" He asked me as if he didn't know what to say, it felt like he knew something that I don't know, something that him and Kamri have been hiding from me all week.

"Have you talked to Kamri at all much lately?" I asked Connor. He pulled a blank face and try's to change the subject completely.

"Hey look over there, I see a ginger cat and a grey cat fighting!" Connor said with a puzzled look on his face.

"Connor, don't change the subject completely. Tell me everything you know!" I shouted at him. I thought to myself, he wouldn't tell me anything about me and Kamri now he knows what happened, but he did!

"Well, it was yesterday morning and I had been liking you a lot recently so I asked Kamri what a good conversation was for you to get to like me. She said ask her out on a date. So I asked you and you said yes. So while you were in the shower this morning I rung Kamri and she told me something you might not like to hear. I'm sorry Autumn but your moving to Australia." He told me.

"What! How does she know?" I asked him. He shrugged his shoulders at me and walked to his dresser to get changed. I grabbed my phone and all my bags and walked back to my house.

"Where are you going Autumn!" He asked me.

"I'm going home I got some packing to do." I replied with one little tear coming out the side of my eye. I was heart broken. He was my only person I could talk to now. When I arrived home I stormed upstairs and laid on my bed crying. I heard my mum and Dad coming up the stairs into my room.

"Honey, what's up?" My mum said.

"We are moving to Australia and that means I'm leaving Connor and all my friends behind!" I cried. My mum told me that we will only be moving if dad's job gets busier and busier!
