Chapter 5; Moving Day

Well this day got better and better didn't it. I all of a sudden heard a phone ring. I think it was my dads so I tiptoed out side of my room and looked down from the banister all the way down to the living room where my dad was standing on the phone.

"Hey Rony, I told my daughter about moving to Australia promotion but what she doesn't know is that we are really going she she gets away from her new boyfriend Connor!" He told his boss at work.

"What! How...what...how!!!" I whispered to myself. It's as if now my dad and Connor have been planning this. I walked back into my bedroom and rang Connor straight away.

"I know what you have been doing with my dad. You want me to move. YOU. I heard my dad talking to his boss on the phone and he said that he Is trying to get me away from you." I cried and ended the call. I didn't want to talk to anyone, anybody. I just wanted to be left alone.

Mia tried to call me but I ignored her. The day finally came of moving. I was so nervous and scared and excited at the same time.

I looked at my phone and I had 4 missed calls from Mia and Olivia. I tried to stay calm but my heart was racing. I was so nervous. What I haven't told u is that I have never been on a plane before, so this was a challenge.

We arrived at the airport and sat in a chair and got a Starbucks. My mum told me to go see what row we was on so we could be there quicker.

"Row 23B, easy enough." I thought to myself. I went to go sit back down and then I heard a voice coming from the speakers on the walls.

"Row 23B make your way to your boarding row." The lady said. We stood up and walked to the boarding station where we handed in our passports and luggage. We got on the plane and sat down. We got strapped in and I was next to the window and I was sat next to my mum. After about 19 hours of terrible sleep on the plane we arrive in sunny Australia. I already love Australia even though I haven't even been outside yet.
